Prices of food and drinks which were as much as 300% ! more than going out of the hotel. |

It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. I don't believe it lives up to 5 stars, compared to ther 5star chains, e.g. Kempinski's are far superior. The rooms are old and drastically need renovating. |

this is a huge hotel and mind what you desire to have during your vacation. This is certainly a hotel nestled in a huge area. If you book very last minute (we booked a day before we arrived) you might get substantial discounts. |

saying 'goodbye' the stairwells were covered in pigeons excrement for the whole 2wks we stayed - it's a health hazard and despite seeing cleaners everywhere I never once saw the feathery pooh disappear |
