L'agencement de style mauresque et l'environnement qui invite à la quiétude. Le service et la propreté irréprochables. . L'isolation phonique des chambres laisse à désirer. |

Everything worked smoothly; reception,room, restaurants.Staff very helpful, friendly yet efficient. Although a fairly large complex it never felt busy or crowded.We intend to return. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. The on site restaurants are quite expensive and pretty much had the same wine list. |

We enjoyed the quality of the service, the comfort of the room, and the golf course. Overall a very good service. The hotel is a real "family-friendly", which is fine but causes a long queue for the breakfast. The hotel is great, but the spa equipment looks a bit old and out of fashion. |

Great setting, lots of room and very comfortable. Is getting expensive due to sterling creeping down to Euro parity. Shame on you BoE. |

A luxurious resort with stunning grounds & views. Our two-bedroom suite was huge - two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge & outdoor patio. Buffet breakfast was very tasty and plenty on offer. The cost of drinks within the resort was a little on the high side. |

location, facilities, restaurants, layout of the hotel and bedrooms confort. too many people, but i stayed during the hights period ( 2nd + 3rd weeks od August). hotel should not be enlarged further. Airconditioning system could be less noisy. |

I sunbathed and my husband went and played golf most days. We enjoyed mohito cocktails in the evenings. There was work men making noise for a few days near one of the pools and the manager moved us to a private pool area with drinks bar and then sent up a bottle of white and snacks to our room with his apolagies for the inconvience which we thought was a nice touch. The beach was not as easy to reach as mentioned in the webpage. There was just a couple of restaurants open while we were there and the food could of been nicer, it was fairly basic and was expensive. You need a car in order to go to other restaurants or bars. |

The room was large, light and well appointed. The facilities were excellent but,as it is still 'out of season' there was a limited choice of eating places. No. Everything was as expected. |

This hotel is fabulas and can be recommended. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially the barman Filipe. Resturants and facilities are great and beach facilities spot on. |

This hotel was absolutely super! The staff were amongst the friendliest I'd ever come across and it was beautiful. The facilities of the Golf Suites were the best. |

Golf suites.Very spacious.Very clean.Friendly staff.Very polite and helpful.great facilities. There was a bottle of water on the counter, we assumed was complimentary.It was not in the fridge with the other mini bar.We replaced the water,but was charged 7euro on departure for the water,which probably cost 30cent.We were horrified and it left a very bad taste of the hotel on leaving.we did not leave a tip because of it. Price of beer in hotel..half the price outside.Everyone in pub outside. |

Well organised...prompt attention to queries/requests. Very helpful staff. Great range of activities/facilities on the site itself. Bar/ Food prices were quite high on the site...equally good food/ drink avalable at c 70% of prices within 1km of site. |

Great breakfast, beautiful room and hotel, gardens and pool area lovely. Access to beach and beach bar. Excellent service from all staff. Lift to beach did not work for the 4 days we were there. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Food at beach bar could be better, but made up for it as location is beautiful. TV in room caused us many problems. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. Ordered room service for 2 cups of coffee at night and it cost 15 euros. Ouch! |
