Sheraton Algarve Hotel (喜来登阿尔加维酒店)    

Staff at the reception! Claudia and others were helpful. Private beach.

It was complicated to find the reception bldg in the dark as the territory is very big but the directions are not indicated properly. Breakfast area is always overcrowded. Long line to omelet chef - just one point for lots of people! 10 min from the beach upstairs. SPA was out of the hotel and fully booked for 1-2 days.

great buffet breakfast, nice balcony, ocean view worth the extra cost, beautiful resort & excellent service.

somebody has been used our toilet without flushing the toilet and we found it after we came from the very lovely dinner. We have reported and the hotel said it might be technical problem. However it wasn't. they didn't responsible for that. wont use this hotel again.

We have just enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in this beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely good and friendly. The grounds were wonderful and so peaceful. The facilities were great and we would highly recommend the Sheraton.

the cost of the buffet at jardum Colonial for 90 euro for a couple plus drinks was outrageous. room service was better and the food was excellant.

Excellent throughout, if you do have a complaint or wish to moan about something it is immediately dealt with. Facilities are second to none, the staff friendly and helpful. Location is good unless you want local shops etc, which, apart from those outside the immediate complex are a 13 euro taxi ride away (Algarve Centre). Would we go again, like 'next week'!

Joe in the golf shop refunding exactly 15.99 euro instead of 16.00 euro for a golf cap. For the sake of 1 cent.

Not being a golfer I probably didn't get the best out of this hotel but for someone looking for a decent ( Top end ) 4 star hotel then this is an ideal place to go

Didn't approve of maintenance staff using the single disabled car parking space to park their van

Fantastic location. Perfect for a 2 day instant beach holiday! Friendly service too. Beach cafe superb for lunch - and cliff top bar lives up to the blurb as a location to watch the sun go down...

Relaxation and availability to do most things on the resort was awesome without having to go very far. Service was also excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

Probably the gym wasn't the greatest but not many are in hotels.

A little on the expensive side!

Resident nurse and speedy access to doctor...regular shuttle around the resort....polite welcoming staff...excellent display of food at breakfast...an abundance of sun loungers outside...attention to detail and quick response from staff if something was not right..

The mattress on our bed was very hard difficult to get into a comfortable position...loveley large balcony but only a small table and 2 chairs where 2 sun loungers would have made all the difference...shortage of electric plugs had to request a multi adaptor...hairdryer not working had to request one from reception...as so many pools would maybe have been nice to have one reserved for adults only...not as many restaurants as were listed in the hotel folder as some had closed so needs updating..no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom...no sky TV channels which would be expected in a hotel of this star rating...

Staff were very friendly. Hotel never seemed crowded even though it was supposed to be full.

Two of the restaurants were closed despite it being high season. Dining choices were therefore more limited. Bar prices were very expensive - especially for water and soft drinks.

The prices for food and drink were somewhat expensive. I realise im staying at a five star hotel but it doesent mean I dont want value for money..........i dont mind paying over the "norm" but some of the prices were to high............example...............two Mojitos at 10 Euroes each !!!!!...........two soft drinks at 6 Euroes each................

internet in hotel's room is not free which should be in such a luxury hotel , prices in local restaurant in pinn cliff resort are extremely high for quality of food.

I liked the setting & the hotel grounds. Breakfast was lovely & the staff at O Pescador were wonderful. Had one of the best massages from Kevin.

Had one of the worst meals at Piri Piri - there should be a warning that the chicken piri piri has no meat, just skin & bones. Was also the most expensive meal of the holiday. I found the hotel very expensive, thank God for Two Brothers bar over the road. Not ideal without a car.

One of the most relaxing stays I've ever had in a hotel. The complex is incredible. Super facilities for eating, relaxing, etc. All you could need under one roof. I will be definitely returning in the future...

Eating/Drinking in the hotel was extremely high compared to local prices. I also was disappointed that you had to pay for wifi. This is a service I would expect to get for free staying at such a high-end hotel.

room unclean, linen torn, bathroom dirty, staff vague and not concentrating, not getting orders right, not overly busy so no real excuse, disappointing to say the least

The Sheraton Algarveis a luxury hotel well placed in a quiet area, with it's own beach area. The rooms and public spaces are clean and well designed for comfort. There is plenty of parking and access to the rest of the area is easy.

The outdoor pool is not heated which makes it difficult for children to use; there is a very good indoor heated pool- but why the bathing caps ??
