The best hotel i've ever stayed in! Everything about this hotel is perfect: location (metro station Picoas is just round the corner), room design, staff, breakfast. I'll be definitely be back to this hotel. I'd like to thank the hotel management and staff for the great job they are doing. That was a very pleasant stay indeed! Thank you very much and keep up the good work! |

Lokatie/ligging, faciliteiten, ruime kamer met prima bed/badkamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Need to pay additional 10 euro pp for the use of the swimming pool, which is ridiculous given it's a 5 star and the room rate. Lesser hotels include the use of the swmming pool. |

The decor is nice, but staff needs some training: e.g. we got a wakeup call that we had not ordered, we were tried to be charged for the minibar (we did not use it), the hotel managed to lose pair of my shoes when we changed the room (I did not get the shoes back but the price of the shoes was compensated) The environment of the hotel is very businesslike. I would recommend the hotel for those travelling on business but not for vacationers. Use of the swimming pool (and the spa) was high-priced. Outdoor swimming pool was located in the ground level and traffic noise reached the pool (not very relaxing). |

Friendly staff, good location & view from room. Room facilities very good. Breakfasts excellent. Stylish hotel with nice lobby Room safes caused problems and cost us some 2 hours of our time. |
