Hoogste gebouw in Lissabon: prachtig zicht op de stad. Volledig vernieuwd hotel, sublieme Executive Floor kamers met luxueuze badkamer. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Een echte aanrader.

Mooi, net en vernieuwend hotel met prima service. Echt een aanrader! Enkel de spa-behandelingen zijn aan de prijzige kant, en BVN-kanaal op televisie zou wenselijk zijn.

Mooie kamers met luxe badkamer. Kamer op hoge etage met prachtig uitzicht. Goede restaurants. Gezellige bar beneden. Bar op bovenste etage met schitterend uitzicht over Lissabon.

Personeel wat onpersoonlijk. Bedorven vleeswaren bij ontbijt op laatste dag.

service was fairly poor (had to ask for the water bottle to be replaced every day in the fridge bar) and mistakes were made on out bill - not what I'd expect from a 5-star Hotel

The bedroom was excellently appointed especially the bathroom. The food was good. As it was very busy, reception/hall staff were polite but not friendly.

The Spa is very small and can not be recommended. The only (outdoor) swimming pool was freezing cold and was not heated; it is in a shaded area with only a short time of sun. The panoramic view is not worth looking at - mainly office blocks.

Did not feel that it was appropriate to charge to sit around the pool especially as there were five of us. The hotel did halve the charge after I complained.

Basic hotel design is fine, with all modern facilities and services. A couple of the staff were excellent.

Charges for add-on items like parking, use of pool etc are exhorbitant. Most staff were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Room was clean at beginning, but poorly maintained during the stay.

The room was excellent and we particularly liked how dark it was with the shutters down

It is close to where I had to be.

The air conditioning made so much noise that you can not have it on at nigh (if you want to sleep). However that did not help because a main ventilation unit exited just next to my room which made a nerve wrecking 'humming' noise all night long. The window did not shut properly, so that did not help either. Sleeping was impossible in that room and I felt like a wreck the entire day next day.

Very nice club rooms on the 25th floor with a breathtaking view

Our room was just below the bar/restaurant on the top floor which produced lots of noise every morning at 4am!!! a little early for a wake up call during a ciyt trip!!!
