Fint hotell, hyggelig personale.. god mat. Det var ikke mulig å forhåndsbestille taxi dagen før vi skulle reise... Tungvint. |

The hotel is advertised with a pool and no mention of paying to use the pool, however a daily charge is applicable per person if you do want to use it. Even though the hotel room rates are reasonable, everything else in the hotel is very expensive and everything is charged! |

very large and comfy rooms, excellent design service was fairly poor (had to ask for the water bottle to be replaced every day in the fridge bar) and mistakes were made on out bill - not what I'd expect from a 5-star Hotel |

- Panorama Bar, Room Design and Fragrance - We spent 4 days in this hotel and one of them, the housekeepers didn't clean the room up (and the reaction of the staff wasn't very polite) - they didn't change the menu for the breakfast for four days in a row and this menu wasn't very variated - although they had a daily fee for the pool, one of the day we had problems with getting towels (waited half an hour) |

The bedroom was excellently appointed especially the bathroom. The food was good. As it was very busy, reception/hall staff were polite but not friendly. The Spa is very small and can not be recommended. The only (outdoor) swimming pool was freezing cold and was not heated; it is in a shaded area with only a short time of sun. The panoramic view is not worth looking at - mainly office blocks. |

Good location. Club rooms nice modern decor. Club room breakfast very good Did not feel that it was appropriate to charge to sit around the pool especially as there were five of us. The hotel did halve the charge after I complained. |

Basic hotel design is fine, with all modern facilities and services. A couple of the staff were excellent. Charges for add-on items like parking, use of pool etc are exhorbitant. Most staff were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Room was clean at beginning, but poorly maintained during the stay. |

The room was excellent and we particularly liked how dark it was with the shutters down Having to pay a significant amount to use the spa facilities - this should be complementary for residents |

We have been upgraded to the Club Lounge which was great.The room was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was very trendy. The hotel has been renovated and has a more hip look. The sewage smell on the conference room area needs to be sorted urgently |

It is close to where I had to be. The air conditioning made so much noise that you can not have it on at nigh (if you want to sleep). However that did not help because a main ventilation unit exited just next to my room which made a nerve wrecking 'humming' noise all night long. The window did not shut properly, so that did not help either. Sleeping was impossible in that room and I felt like a wreck the entire day next day. |

The room in the club level is perfect, very confortable in a modern design. The restaurant in the 24th level has a marvelous view of Lisbon, besides the perfect service and food. In the bathroom shower should have more volume in wather. |

Very nice club rooms on the 25th floor with a breathtaking view Our room was just below the bar/restaurant on the top floor which produced lots of noise every morning at 4am!!! a little early for a wake up call during a ciyt trip!!! |

It was pleasent stay in really comfortable club room, very polite staff, luxury spa treatment, very nice view to the all Lisboa, fusuion cuisine at the Panorama restarant. |

I understand that it was the reveillon day of the year 2008, but it still cannot justify why a party upstairs prevented me from sleeping until 2 o'clock in the morning. The hotel staffs must have known that and should have told me about it at the arrival. |
