Good, clean hotel. Value for money. A bit "out of the way" for people not on business. As above - no places to eat nearby. Don't take taxis from front of hotel as they are more than double the price of regular taxis around the corner on Boavista. |

Staff are the best around. Staying in hotels for over half the year can make one very critical. These people never stopped smiling. They were helpful and efficient. Made for a great stay. |

the decoration of the hotel is nice.There was a noise coming from the radiator probably which annoys us the hotel charged 40 eur without our knowledge to our card.After we realised and ask about the reason,they explain it for the guarantee they always block that amount and they said the refund will reach to our account in 2-3 days.Although its been 4 days we haven´t received it back,there is a delay from the bank probably but how about the security how they charge that amount without letting us... |

Asking for tea making facilites and recieving them.The bathroom and the size of the room are really nice.The lounge bar is lovely and the live music was great. The design of the room warranties a decent TV, cut corners with not having a lcd TV on the wall.Only one chair in the room so one of us had to sit on the bed. |

The people were the best part of this absolutely beautiful hotel So that says a lot! The bar was great and the shower out of this world I think hotels that charge these rates should have free internet if the holiday inn can what is up? |

O Design e decoração do Hotel, os quartos são muito confortáveis , e bom pequeno almoço. O SPA é excelente, óptimas terapeutas e todo o SPA é bem decorado e com excelentes instalações. O Serviço, a equipa em geral é eficiente mas não é muito simpática.O Sistema de ar condicionado não estava a funcionar muito bem, não aquecia o quarto o suficiente. |
