the decoration of the hotel is nice.There was a noise coming from the radiator probably which annoys us the hotel charged 40 eur without our knowledge to our card.After we realised and ask about the reason,they explain it for the guarantee they always block that amount and they said the refund will reach to our account in 2-3 days.Although its been 4 days we haven´t received it back,there is a delay from the bank probably but how about the security how they charge that amount without letting us... |

Nice Confortable rooms, Restaurant and Breakfast Yes, I called before making reservations and asked them about the spa conditions and no one told me that the Poll and Jaccusi were Out of order. |

Asking for tea making facilites and recieving them.The bathroom and the size of the room are really nice.The lounge bar is lovely and the live music was great. The design of the room warranties a decent TV, cut corners with not having a lcd TV on the wall.Only one chair in the room so one of us had to sit on the bed. |

The people were the best part of this absolutely beautiful hotel So that says a lot! The bar was great and the shower out of this world I think hotels that charge these rates should have free internet if the holiday inn can what is up? |

Nice modern hotel. The location is a bit away from the centre of the city and main attractions. The staff was not really up-to-date with the restaurant or nightlife scene. |
