clean , nice at first look
food, staff at resturant , long Que in check in and check out ,
Dimension of the room
Some commodities on the room are inexplicable: There is only one robe in the room. The bed was not a single bed but two separated. We had to contact twice the reception to join the beds. Compared with other 5 star hotels this one was not to repeat
Facilities and a great room
remote from city centre
The archirecture of the building and room distribution.
In my opinion your hotel does not meet the 5 star because you want to collect money for the swimming pool, world wide that never happen, thanks
Hotel was beautiful, great curb appeal. Bathrooms and decor were modern. Close proximity to metro station.
Mattresses were a bit hard.
Nice Hotel with very good SPA facilities. Good location and friendly staff.
shower drain not capable to prevent water from overflowing into adjacent rooms.
Very spacious rooms, clean and quiet.
No free WIFI. Overall too pricey
Sheraton is Sheraton.
During check in they purchased additional money for mini bar and I was suprised (
Road noise even on 8th floor Wouldn't but football highlights on the Bar TV so had to watch boring sheraton tv ads on a loop really boring. Bit of a trek from nearest subway statio
Very happy with every aspect of our stay, and pleased with special price.
The staff, first they tell me the hotel park is free for those that are sleeping in the hotel, however in the morning they gave me the parking bill. We have to pay for the internet access.
Staff was really friendly and helpful.
No poderme quedar mas tiempo
Service great. Luxury room good. Bathroom great. Spa was great. Lounge upper floor very nice.
Needs some painting (woods of cupbords etc.)
Small expensive pool, had to pay for wifi in the room
Great room and very quiet, very efficient staff.
I do not undertand the policy to have to pay for Wifi. These are last millenium standards. Could not even connect in lobby! Had breakfast only once and was pretty tasteless.
nice room breakfast service
location is not in the city center but OK
Clean and comfortable
Too far away from old town. Hefty charges for using the pool - I think it should be complimentary for residents.
Breakfast Stuff at the register Parking taxi next to the hotel always Clean hotel
The hotel is VERY far from the center Hotel in the ugly neighborhood Not soundproof room, could here people in other rooms watching TV and talking Very expansive bar Ugly view
The amazing spa.
Location was confusing - not really anywhere.
The fitness area, the breakfast
Quite far into the center of Porto.
Really modern and very comfortable hotel. Fantastic breakfast and restaurants on premises.
Wifi only at lobby was free and no pool.
