One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Nice modern hotel.

The location is a bit away from the centre of the city and main attractions. The staff was not really up-to-date with the restaurant or nightlife scene.

The spa facilities were excellent.

On my first visit to the hotelI booked a massage for the following week, On my return to the spa I was advised that the massage had been booked for the previous day when I was not resident iin th hotel!! I was extremely disappointed that a mistake had been made as I had been so looking forward to it. The receptionist did not charge me for the 'missed visit' . I would advise anyone who does not speak Portugese to make sure that they receive confimation of appointments in writing. I was also overcharge for room service on both visits.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our towels were removed each day by housekeeping and not replaced! We had to keep calling housekeeping to bring us clean towels!

Beautiful hotel; great staff; standard room was spacious and well designed; nice spa, gym etc

The hotel was located far from the city centre (about 7 euro cab ride - too far to walk).
