Situato di fronte all'Estádio do Bessa, lo Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa dispone di camere spaziose e di un moderno centro termale nel quartiere Boavista di Porto. Presso il ristorante dell'hotel troverete anche una cantina vetrata. Le camere di design dello Sheraton Porto sono decorate con un mix di materiali quali il legno, l'acciaio e il vetro. Includono minibar, zona salotto e vasca da bagno. Dopo una giornata indaffarata, rilassatevi completamente in una delle 8 sale per trattamenti e nella piscina coperta del centro termale. Oltre ad uno yoga studio, dove vi attendono diversi corsi, una zona relax e un juice bar. Da non perdere la tradizionale cucina portoghese presso il ristorante Porto Novo, accompagnata da un buon bicchiere di vino. Godete della splendida vista sul giardino dell'hotel dal piano bar della hall. Lo Sheraton Porto dista 15 km dall'aeroporto internazionale Francisco Sá Carneiro. There are plenty of nice design details to pay attention around the hole hotel. The rooms were well thought out, clean and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

THe bed was fantastic as was the view through the glass bathroom wall as the sunlight streamed in. The staff were exceptionally professional, however a little human touch would make them appear less like robots repeating the same phrases over and again.

It was a surprise to arrive at such a modern hotel in Oporto. Service was good and correct. Nice open views from the room. The extreme modern architecture, lavish use of glass and steel contrast with the tradition of Gaia and Oporto. It is a matter of taste, really.

Good Hotel Service. The large rooms on the 10th floor were beautifullly decorated and clean. Breakfasts were very good with a wide choice and even soja milk and yoghurts are provided which is rare in hotels. Good choice if you are fine not to be in the heart of Porto. Taxis are costly at the hotel and the the hotel is not close to the city centre or old city of Porto.

Very good hotel, reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Spa area is very big and there is variety of things one can do. Breakfast and room service were a bit over priced. Spa area could be decorated a bit warmer. Lightning is too bright and tiles are mainly just white. There was no staff within spa area to take care of saunas - temperature, moisture, etc. location is not the best for a city trip, but taxis are not too expensive - ca. 5 eur to the city centre one way.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. I love the decoration, the colours and the light The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breackfast is excellent The hotel is near Serralves and is easy to go to the seaside or the highway out of town. The internet on the computers available to the clients was not working properly.

The staff wjo were very helpful There was nothing we didn't like. It would be absolutely perfect, however, if it had an outdoor pool. Porto is very hot in the summer.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Luxurious and comfortable rooms, enormous breakfast buffet! Outside the city centre area but only 10 min taxi ride - perfect place to unwind after a busy vacation day!

No tiene piscina al aire libre.solo existe la interior del spa, y hay que pagar por su uso y además no la piden usar los niños sino en un horario muy reducido

L'accueil excellent donnant toutes les explication nécessaires avec en plus un verre de bienvenue. Tout était parfait Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas jouer aux cartes tout en buvant un verre au bar (en plus il n'y avait personne) D'autre part l'accès à la piscine devrait être gratuit.

Excelente hotel 5 estrelas. Escolhi o Shearton pois achei uma tarifa barata para um hotel de luxo, e acabei me deparando com a realidade dos preço no pagamento do check-out. O hotel possui uma localização sem muitas facilidades próximas, e tivemos que fazer algumas refeições no mesmo. O que nos custou muito caro no final.

Disponibilidade das pessoas e as refeições. O pagamento da piscina interior e o horário para crianças, apenas funciona das 13h as 19h. Para um hotel deste prestígio não e admissível, então não deviam aceitar crianças.
