I travelled with my boyfriend and the experience was excellent. We recommend you to go. Everything clean, good room, good breakfast and nice staff.
The staff were very friendly, charming and accommodating. We felt very much at home. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was beautifully clean.
Our room faced the street and there was traffic noise as well as the noise from construction next door. A room at the back facing the garden would be preferable.
Cleanliness was exceptional, as was the location just far enough off the main town centre to avoid the tourist mayhem! Great bed and super shower, but might think about providing toiletries to complement the super bathroom. Breakfast was ample and varied, with tea and coffee available 24hrs. Great staff team who were always available when required and provided great service and local info. Hotel might be a little noisy during peak periods as rooms are pretty closely packed, but not an issue during our stay.
Only lack of toiletries !!
In the center, close to the train station, quiet, clean.
Good location, right next to the train station, nice, friendly staff, great breakfast.
free wifi, balcony, location
could not get the coffeemachine to give normal coffee , had to drink hot choclate in the morning
The customer service was unequaled. I left a dress in my room and they mailed it back to me! Most accommodating and kind!
The internet was slow and very sporadic. They need a better, more stronger, router.
There were ants; but I suppose most people will not like this.
Modern comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very helpful. It's close to all transportation or a short walk to main tourist area but just far enough to avoid the crowds.Very nice breakfast buffet.
Close location. The size of room. The facilities were great. The staff were excellent
Just steps from the train station and it shows that the building was up-graded recently.
They're working on improving the compatibility with Apple devices.
Title says it all really. Nice rooms. 1 euro espressos down the road. Friendly front desk staff. Just a joy, check it out.
Great value for money, excellent staff
Hard to find with GPS. Need to include lat/long as road in not recorded.
Good location, clean rooms
The breakfast is uneatable, bread are like is plastic, the coffee coming out from the coffee machine is incredibly bad-tasting, we are not used to stay at luxury hotels, but wow, really impressed by the poor quality of the breakfast. too bad because other things are quite nice.
Very modern, clean and helpful personnel
Parking can be a problem
This hotel was very modern, clean and well located. Just a short but lovely walk into main town area and minutes from train station.
Our room overlooked The road and from 5am noise was a bit disturbing but ear plugs were provided. It's not a busy road but cobbled so louder than other roads would be. However, we had window open as don't like aircon. If window was shut am sure it would hardly noticed.
Clean and in walking distance from the more touristic area
Parking is far
very nice guest-house, very good located, very engaged team, nice rooms, stylish,
parking during the day (only short term parking in the town)
between the tourist area which is more expensive and the residential area which is very affordable. within walking distance of many things very close to train station and bus stops staff very friendly and helpful very clean hotel
no kettle in the rooms (there is coffee machine and buns downstairs)
Sintra Bliss House is the perfect retreat. The view from our room was great. The staff friendly and helpful, the room comfortable, clean and well proportioned. A great place to stay.
Beautifully present hotel and room, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.
@ The room set up overall @ the bathroom @ the service @ the location @ the breakfast
We crashed the hotel with 20 people since we went to a wedding in Sintra. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom amazing! The breakfast was awesome - so much to chose from!! Unfortunately we missed it twice, but we got a to-go-breakfast everytime. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No complains that we left the room very late in the afternoon each time, it still got cleaned. When we returned from the wedding, a sweet note, ear-plugs, water, some aspirin and sleeping masks were waiting for us :).
Right near the train station and local restaurants
Wifi sucked. Our triple room wasn't really great.
