Sintra Bliss House

The staff was very friendly, the hotel had free coffee (good coffee) and cakes. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable.

I found the unique design of the bathroom really cool. The people of the hotel were very attentive and gave good information when asked.

The room temp also was a bit cool. The hotel was near the train station, but a healthy walk from the historic center.

Inflated price per night considering it´s a hostel.

I loved the complimentary coffee and pastries, very Portuguese!

The apartment is very spacious, with a big living room, one kitchen, two bed rooms and two WC. Is perfect for 4 persons. The kitchen is very very well equipped, with oven, stove, microwave, tableware, washing machine, aspirator, etc... Everything is new and with good look and taste!

- Badly sealed shower, the bathroom is easily flooded - Condensation on the inside of the windows, every day - Poor breakfast, full of cakes and sweets, but with no proper breakfast food (e.g. no eggs, no vegetables, almost no fruit) - The bed sheets are terrible, full of fluff.

the back patio was very peaceful and relaxing at the end of every hot day. We found Pedro to be very professional and helpful. All staff were pleasant and attentive. The breakfasts were great and the access to coffee, tea, snacks and vending machines at all hours was appreciated. We always had access to the computer as well. The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location to access trains, buses and shopping.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. I had to call and ask for directions to get to the hotel and the receptionist patiently guided me to the place by phone. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated. The shower rooms are really nice. The breakfast was really good

It is difficult to find the place if you arrive by car. But it is near a train-station and the taxi drivers know the place, so the issue is just for people who come by car.

Very modern rooms, extremely close to the train station making it a good base for exploring Sintra. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Linens we're clean but not very soft. Sound transmission through rooms can be an issue to the degree that earplugs may be supplied. It's otherwise not a loud hotel though, or in any location that would attract nightly noise. Breakfast service was pastries and cold-cuts; some hot items would have been apprecited.

This is a terrific hotel. The staff were perfect, the room was big and ultra modern, the location was ideal. I cannot imagine a better choice.

The chic design of it's room & lobby. Bathroom is cleaned & very posh.The location is very convenience & breakfast presentation is attention to details. Love the terrace in the garden where guest can relax & chill out after the long day trip!

Parking is a mess. City street out front has a few available parking places. All others are metered. Rooms are clean and new but small.
