Excellent location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had excellent quality.

we loved our stay at this awesome little hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were beyond friendly and helpful to us. We were visiting for our honeymoon and they provided a bottle of champagne with chocolate strawberries and grapes when we came back from our day touring beautiful Sintra. It was a lovely and thoughtful surprise! The rooms are very bright, clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the town as well. From the moment I made a reservation the staff sent out a questionnaire on prefernences and were always happy to answer questions via email so you can make the most of your stay. The breakfast was included and was delicious with many options for everyone. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Sintra.

The level of comfort was exceptional. Extremely clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Sintra was a magical place. We had a wonderful visit. Extraordinary pastries at breakfast.

Outstanding stay. Our best hotel experience ever. No small feat given that it was our first overseas hotel experience with our 1 year old. We weren't expecting such a kid friendly reception from such boutique hotel. Not only was the baby bed set up and ready to go when we arrived, but they brought us a changing table and baby bath without us even asking!

This was a perfect stay.

We were most impressed with the thought that had gone into the construction and fit out of the hotel. Everything worked well in the bathroom wi a spacious walk in shower. We had a very quiet room facing the street as the windows were double glazed. The breakfast was delicious with very good selection.

The hotel has perfect location, exceptional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We would like to thank all the people working in the hotel and the restaurant for their kindness and the excellent breakfast and dinner choice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room was very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Sintra as it is updated and close to activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and its wonderful staff. Great location, large comfortable room with views over the park and castle. Be sure to enjoy the hotel's excellent restaurant and speciality chocolate shop! We booked for three nights and stayed for seven. Excellent.

Ce que nous avons apprécié en premier fut l'accueil a la réception, nous nous sommes sentis attendus puisque en nous ouvrant la porte de notre chambre nous apercevions un plateau contenant un gâteau d'anniversaire. Le plus de cet hôtel est en effet le service discret et généreux, après être sortis pour diner, le ''ménage de la salle de bain est fait a nouveau, un petit message écrit a la main accompagne d'une branche de lavande vous souhaite une bonne nuit, le lendemain après-midi a notre retour dans la chambre un plateau avec confiserie et thé nous attendait, etc...plein de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour très agréable. La chambre est d'un grand confort,la literie est excellente, la salle de bain design, l'insonorisation est appréciée car l'hôtel est situe en plein centre ville ce qui est idéal pour découvrir cette charmante cite. Le restaurant de l'hôtel 'offre un bon choix de plats, la cuisine est bonne, pour un prix raisonnable et le service est aimable et efficace. En 3 semaines passées au Portugal et sur les 13 --,hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourne y compris des pousadas le Sintra Boutique Hôtel est celui que nous avions préfère et que nous recommandons vivement aux autres voyageurs.

Hotel pequeño, nuevo y funcional

El trato ha sido lamentable por parte del director del hotel, nos quisieron cobrar 80€ por una niña de 9 años, y practicamente nos insultaron cuando pedimos explicaciones. Es falso que tengan aparcamiento gratuito, se escudan en que ponen bajo reserva, pero cuando te confirman que no hay es el día antes de la llegada. De los peores sitios que he estado después de muchos años viajando.
