Η ανεση στα δωματια και η φιλικη συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου Το πρωινο.Η τιμη του μπουφε ηταν υπερβολικα μεγαλη σε σχεση με τα ειδη που προσεφεραν.Επισης η προσθετη χρεωση για ενα παιδι 13 χρονων που χρησιμοποισε μαζι μας το διπλο κρεβατι, και οχι προσθετο,ηταν υπερβολικη ,περιπου το 50% της χρεωσης του δικλινου |

Excellent location, brilliant breakfast, very warm and friendly reception staff The room service came into my room when I was in shower without knocking on the door. Maybe I didn't hear it. |

Near the city center, close to the railway station to Sintra too. The staff was very pleasant and nice, always attentionate. The hotel design is what you would expect from a sofitel: international hotel, not too trendy or invasive, but nice. |

Staff were fantastic, attentive to detail and very customer focussed. They recommended and booked excellent restaurants for us. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and the manager left us a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room which was a wonderful surprise. I would have no hesitation in recommending it as a great location and an excellent hotel |

location, especially the location of the nearest Metro which I used a lot, the staff were very helpful when I arrived early, but the room was ready. I did not have breakfast any morning in the Hotel, as I thought this was very expensive for what you get, but I would stay there again As I said above, I would have liked if the breakfast was included in the price, but I could not fault the hotel, or the staff. However, I did book a taxi from the hotel to the Airport, and this was €16. I met friends at the Airport, who told me they had paid €9 for a similar journey. |

Staff on the reception was very nice, as well as cleaning staff. Staff of restaurant should improve, incl bar. Service during the breakfast is rather strange, then nice... |

Hotel is well located, just a short walk from the major city attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is quite expensive at EUR 17 per head. |

The desk staff was especially helpful. I expressed myself to the staff members who were especially so. (And tipped them.) Minor details bothered us at moments, such as a "comforter" that was too warm. Nearly too minor a flaw to mention. |

The location. The room was silent, it is very importent. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big. The room is small. The design of the room is not usefull: more mistakes make the room uncomfortable. Mainly the gardrobe is very bad, but other furniters are not also practicel (my english is not so good). Otherwise the air condination was very week. |

Location, staff, design, breakfast, comfort. At our arrival, they gave use a twin-bedroom. We asked and got a big double bedroom, but smoking. The smell was very strong. |

The location is perfect. The breakfast was not included but very good. There is a valet parking. The staff is very professional and helpful. They really take time to serve you. The room size was just ok and the bathroom is small. No space between the WC and the Bidet. There is no storage, no vanity to put your toilet bag and stuff. |

Friendliness of hotel staff was even above Portuguese standard and that's high folks. Great location, lot to see in walking distance and Avenida metrostation just across the street. Standard breakfast but we appreciated service and cosy breakfast room. |

Great location within a short stroll of city centre and main squares, lovely modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful 1. Bedroom was a bit small even though we had one of the luxury rooms. Doors of bathroom and closet opened into bedroom which did not help. 2. Drink prices in bar were high compared with other local alternatives. 3. Price for breakfast was excessive - probably targetting business travellers. Didn't have the breakfast as much better value is to be had in local cafes |

The hotel is excellent in terms of service, comfort and location. The staff is very attentive and took care of all our requests politely and very efficiently. Compared to room rates, breakfast seems a little overpriced, however, there are lots of other choices just around the corner. |

staff is very friendly and helpfull, we asked how can we go somewhere and they print out map and draw the way on map and send it to our room , surprise ... bathroom door could be more good and it can not locked. |

Great location for getting all over Lisbon. Metro right outside door and easy walk to most touristic areas. Small room and no complimentary internet in the room |
