フライトの関係で、朝１０時にホテル到着したが、すぐチェックインできた。従業員の対応も良好で好感が持て- た。ロケーション重視で選定したが、実際移動にも便利でまた近くにはおいしいレストランが多数あった。 |

市の中心に近く、徒歩数分の距離。あまり中心にあるより、このくらい離れていた方が夜は交通などで騒がしく- なくて良い。設備も良く特にベッドは旅行中宿泊した５つの４つ星ホテル中で最高の寝心地でした。サービスも- パーフェクト。スタッフは笑顔で対応してくれ、スーツケース姿を見つけるや小走りで駆け寄りホテルまで運ん- でくれた。ファドの予約なども丁寧に応じてくれた。一番良かったのは最終日にチェックアウトが朝６時だった- ので朝食の時間に間に合わなかったのだが、相談すると時間外でも部屋に朝食を用意してくれる（追加料金無し- で）とのことで、無事朝５時から朝食をゆっくりとることができました。また宿泊したいホテルです。 |

ロケーション的にはホテルの目の前がメトロの入り口、でも歩いてもレストラン街やショッピング街にも十分行- けるので、かなりよい。スタッフも親切。料金も良心的でかなりオススメのホテルといえる。 |

お勧めホテルです！このホテルは、皆のレビュー通り、とても素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフはとても親切- で、質問に親身に対応してくれました。部屋、ベット、バスルームもとても過ごしやすく、ゆっくりできました- 。また、利便性の面でもメインの通りに面しているので、女性一人でしたが、安全でした。 |

Near the city center, close to the railway station to Sintra too. The staff was very pleasant and nice, always attentionate. The hotel design is what you would expect from a sofitel: international hotel, not too trendy or invasive, but nice. |

Staff were fantastic, attentive to detail and very customer focussed. They recommended and booked excellent restaurants for us. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and the manager left us a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room which was a wonderful surprise. I would have no hesitation in recommending it as a great location and an excellent hotel |

location, especially the location of the nearest Metro which I used a lot, the staff were very helpful when I arrived early, but the room was ready. I did not have breakfast any morning in the Hotel, as I thought this was very expensive for what you get, but I would stay there again As I said above, I would have liked if the breakfast was included in the price, but I could not fault the hotel, or the staff. However, I did book a taxi from the hotel to the Airport, and this was €16. I met friends at the Airport, who told me they had paid €9 for a similar journey. |

Hotel is well located, just a short walk from the major city attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is quite expensive at EUR 17 per head. |

The desk staff was especially helpful. I expressed myself to the staff members who were especially so. (And tipped them.) Minor details bothered us at moments, such as a "comforter" that was too warm. Nearly too minor a flaw to mention. |

The location. The room was silent, it is very importent. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big. The room is small. The design of the room is not usefull: more mistakes make the room uncomfortable. Mainly the gardrobe is very bad, but other furniters are not also practicel (my english is not so good). Otherwise the air condination was very week. |

Location, staff, design, breakfast, comfort. At our arrival, they gave use a twin-bedroom. We asked and got a big double bedroom, but smoking. The smell was very strong. |

The location is perfect. The breakfast was not included but very good. There is a valet parking. The staff is very professional and helpful. They really take time to serve you. The room size was just ok and the bathroom is small. No space between the WC and the Bidet. There is no storage, no vanity to put your toilet bag and stuff. |

Friendliness of hotel staff was even above Portuguese standard and that's high folks. Great location, lot to see in walking distance and Avenida metrostation just across the street. Standard breakfast but we appreciated service and cosy breakfast room. |

Great location within a short stroll of city centre and main squares, lovely modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful 1. Bedroom was a bit small even though we had one of the luxury rooms. Doors of bathroom and closet opened into bedroom which did not help. 2. Drink prices in bar were high compared with other local alternatives. 3. Price for breakfast was excessive - probably targetting business travellers. Didn't have the breakfast as much better value is to be had in local cafes |
