environment (gardens, treatments, location); fact that staff did not push themselves on you and they were not "salesy"

baby constantly being allowed to cry in restaurant by mother on one evening; some interference from seagulls but came to generally disregard them so less of an issue once used to it and they probably need to be protected anyway

Spacious room, fully carpeted, well furnished; low rise accommodation; beautiful gardens and cliff top location. Daily change of complimentary pool towels.

Peacefulness, closeness to the beach, five star staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Having to pay extra to use the facilities for exampe having to pay €20.00 to play tennis and having to pay for the tennis balls.

I enjoyed the seaweed bath amongst everything else. Since my return, I have spoken to many of my mates and have recommended your hotel. You have got some top quality staff. Oscar has been excellent. My partner and I would like to personally send him a thank you card but do not know his surname. Can I post it to the hotel?

My partner did not like the set-up of the two twin bed. It was rather unconfortable for him. He spends most of his nights sleeping on the sofa. Apart from that everything else was fantastic.

We love Vila Lara, it is our second time there in this 5 star hotel. The hotel is set in beautiful spacious grounds, which are very tranquil. The swimming pools are excellent,and quiet, even in July/August. The staff are all extremely courteous and friendly, we would like to come back next year.

Very relaxing ambience in very stunning and clean grounds. Gardens very
beautiful as was the view from the restaurant terrace overlooking pool
and sea. Our bedroom was spacious with excellent maid service.
Appreciated daily change of pool towels. We had a very relaxing stay and
would consider returning at a later date.

Very expensive to dine and drink at the hotel. Limited choice to
eat locally.

A simpatia e o ambiente, com o hotel rodeado de um jardim magnífico

O estacionamento é reduzido. Algumas estruturas/edifícios estão a precisar de alguma manutenção exterior.

Nível de amabilidade e prestabilidade de todos os funcionarios.

Penso que com um investimento muito pequeno se poderia ainda melhorar
um pouco o centro de bem-estar (a disponibilidade de uma bebida de
menta ou um chá e um frigidarium/duche frio, por exemplo elevariam
ainda mais o nível.

Die Hotelanlage selbst ist harmonisch in die Natur eingebunden.

Das Zimmer wurde einmal nicht sauber gemacht, dann fehlten wieder die Waschtücher. Nebenbetrieb und trotzdem hohe Preise für Tennis. Sprudelbad im Wellness aber nur zum Bezahlen und zu kurze Öffnungszeiten am Abend.
