The resort is fascinating with breathtaking views of the beach. The view overlooking the pool is spectacular. The hotel has its own private beach which is beautiful. The hotel is landscaped very well with beautiful plants and flowers. The rooms are big and spacious, and the staff is very courteous. Would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone considering visiting Faro. The hotel should have had a tea/ coffe maker in the room. For the price you charge, this is an expectation. To call for room service costs 5 euro per person which normally other similar resorts worldwide do not chanrge |

The view is amazing.. The grounds are well kept and the quality of the food (dinner) was excellent.. The rooms were from the 70s. We felt the 5 star rating gave more credit to the grounds and landscaping than it did to being in a Grand Hyatt (for example). |

environment (gardens, treatments, location); fact that staff did not push themselves on you and they were not "salesy" baby constantly being allowed to cry in restaurant by mother on one evening; some interference from seagulls but came to generally disregard them so less of an issue once used to it and they probably need to be protected anyway |

Spacious room, fully carpeted, well furnished; low rise accommodation; beautiful gardens and cliff top location. Daily change of complimentary pool towels. Restaurant prices are much too high. |

Las instalaciones son excelentes (la playa, las piscinas, los restaurantes, el thalasso....), el personal encantador (el socorrista y el chico del chiringuito de la playa son increibles), es una zona muy tranquila. Los precios de las camas de la playa me parecen excesivos. |

Le Personnel est reéllement très agréable, courtois et serviable. Le cadre est magnifique et très paisible. Le site est très bien soigné. Les prix sont démeusurés en matière de restauration et boissons. Si vous voulez manger un snack à midi, on vous installe à des tables éloignées de celles où sont servies les repas complets. Why ? Chaises de plages au lieu de lits de plages. Les règles en piscine ne sont pas respectées. Pas de lits de plages affectés à la chambre. |

Apesar de não ser o que espera, este local tipo aldeiazinha é muito agradávél com muito jardim, muitas flores, avores e muitas gaivotas. Deviam mostrar as fotos dos quartos que ocupamos, pois não têm Absolutamente nada a ver com as fotos que apresentam deste Hotel, pois se o tivessem feito eu teria escolhido quartos superiores, sendo que assim estes quartos não valem o que se paga por eles. |

Pur essendo la camera prenotata vista mare il mare quasi non si vedeva; ovviamente quindi la camera era piuttosto distante dalla spiaggia. Le camere sono piuttosto buie e praticamente tutte con la moquette. |

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlagen, der tolle Strand und das ruhige Ambiente ermöglichen eine optimale Erholung. Mobiliar und Elektroanlagen sind bei manchen Zimmern etwas in die Jahre gekommen (keine Steckdose für Fön im Bad). Die Betten sind extrem hart (habe außer uns auch andere Gäste bemängelt). Hinweis: Im Herbst 2008 sollen umfangreiche Renovierungen stattfinden, wenn die Betten dann ausgetauscht werden freuen wir uns darauf wieder zu kommen. |

Le cadre en général et plus particulièrement la vue sur la mer pendant le petit déjeuner et des jardins très agréables. Chambre grande, propre et calme avec un grand bacon avec vue sur jardin. Belle plage et piscines agréables. Désagrément mineur : les horaires de ménage peu adaptés pour notre chambre (avant le petit déjeuner et avant le dîner). Le prix élevé des repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel. |
