We liked the quiet environment, the nice and traditional decor of the hotel. Staff, particularly, Madalena was very friendly and attentive to us. The garden was well kept with garden tables. The sitting areas inside were also very comfortable and well designed. We very much enjoyed being in a traditional village away from the main tourist areas. There are many areas for hill walking around and local cafés and bars arefriendly an unpretentious We hope to return to this hotel in future. David and Marie Nothing really Only the light was abit poor to read in the bedroom at night however there were good light in the lounge area.

Manager next morning seemed very friendly. Wonderful place to relax! Wonderful small hotel beautiful grounds and lovely to sit out . Barmaid/waitress very short and we felt a bit rushed. Bar closed at 10.30 as waitress had to serve breakfast in the morning!

Beautiful quiet location close to some stunning walking. Hotel had been tastefully extended but some finishes were not great. Our basin had a leak and the door handle to our room kept falling off.

La atención de Nazare, y su marido, los guardeses. Son muy trabajadores y muy amables. El ruido del extractor del servicio ( baño), pero hay habitaciones con ventilación a través de ventana exterior.

Schön gelegenes Hotel, Essen gut, Frühstück ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Service im Restaurant hätte bei den Preisen besser sein müssen. Dennoch ist das Hotel aufgrund des sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis empfehlenswert

Embora clássico por fora, tem um excelente design, moderno, bem localizado no centro da Boa Ventura, ideal para quem gosta de campo e de estar na "floresta". Muito bom, recomendo!

Расположение - супер! очень красиво и романтично. Единственное - отсутствие ТВ в номере, но он есть в холле. Но это не то место, где надо тратить время на ТВ!

“We found here even more than we were looking for - serenity, relax, peace and quiet along with the pefect food (there is a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel) and ideal service. What I found useful: -free transfer from/to airport can be organised, but you need to book it at least 24h in advance -the hotel has special deal with Sixt rent-a-car, so you may wish to check the prices which hotel provides before book the car directly from the rental company. -there is a library in the hotel with the books in different languages (most of them are in English, but there are books in French, German and Russian as well) Our holiday was amazing, thank you to all people from the hotel who work really hard and do their best on their places.” Olena, Geneva |
