Behulpzaam personeel. De receptionisten spreken goed Engels. Een eigen parkeergarage. Ligt dicht bij centrum. Eenvoudig en verouderd hotel, maar daar staat een lage prijs tegenover. |

The general aspect of the hotel is very poor and dirty. It does not look like a 4 stars hotel at all. The walls and furniture look very bad and it was incredibly cold in the room. The street is very scary at night, even if easy to reach by metro. TThe sheets and towels were not white and looked dirty. We will not return to this place.We booked more nights but left after the first one. |

The location is excellent! This is the best starting point from where you can visit the rest of the city. Tourist information is located next door. Don't expect too much from the pool. It is quite small and there are only +/- 14 beds available. You have to be lucky to get one. |

Large rooms, description both on their site and on booking.com are very accurate, the air conditioning was a blessing. It was quite close to the old centre, various shops and reasonablly close (about 300 m) to a metro station. The buildings in the area look a bit run down - or so I thought before visiting Ribeira - but the whole neighbourhood felt very safe. Again: good location. At first I noticed a certain smell in the room but opening the window solved the problem - the view isn't fantastic, but they never said it would be, breakfast is convenient to have at your hotel but if you happen to catch an offer witout it you're not missing out on much. |

i do not know as upon arrival we were told we were to stop somewhere else called Pensao Aviz and had to walk ther instead.Therefore my comments are based on that accommodation. There were 2 members of staff who were very very friendly , cheap internet access and cheap price to stay. very good location poor choice at breakfast. There were 2 other members of staff who were pig ignorant. was a cockroach in 1 of our 3 rooms but you get what you pay for and it was adequate for a stag holiday |

The hotel is not too far from the city center (10 mins walk). There is a free, private parking space that really made the difference. The breakfast room is really small and you have to queue and wait for a place to sit. The hotel is really noisy but, because of the price, some noise is acceptable. |

quite central location, easy access to the airport and Campanha railway station by metro, spacious room, reasonable price scarry surrounding of the hotel, the room was ready at 3 PM so we had to change our plans a bit, 4 stars for this accomodation is too much!!! |
