Being a family run hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and it was nice to be able to buy a drink at the bar and sit outside. The breakfast was great value given it was included in the room price. |

Great hotel at a great price. Breakfast was excellent - included hot hard boiled eggs in addition to the usual continental breakfast. Room was excellent. One of the best hotels we stayed in Portugal and was the least expensive. |

Very friendly staff in a cozy environment. A good 20 min. walk into town, but buses outside run regularly. The cold buffet breatkfast was ample. |

I liked that it was a family run business and Ben was great! I was a bit nervous about leaving my key at the front desk when no one was there and the front door was unlocked. Anyone could just take the key and go to our room. Also, I am not sure that the safe in the room would work. |

The hotel was great. I especially liked the availability of the Internet terminal downstairs, for free. Upon arrival, my husband and I were escorted to our room. I've never received that kind of treatment before. It added a little something extra and allowed us the chance to resolve any initial complaints about the room immediately. Thankfully, we didn't have any problems with our room. The television in the room was really small. A 13" I believe. However, we did get a great selection of channels; several were in English. |
