Quiet. Attractive, comfortable room, best shower I've had in Europe!

Very relaxing, made to feel very welcome, always a smile and plenty of humour all served up with some top notch meals. A car is a must or a taxi into town

Very picky but us English do like breakfast tea, and not all the herbal tea on offer, we had our own tea bags (sad i know)

A lovely friendly family run hotel. Great pool.

My wife and I spent a fantastic week at Solar de Mos and would like to have stayed longer but unfortunately, we had commitments at home. Our hosts, Carlos and Lina are definitely two of the most genuine people I ever met. Whatever you wanted, you got. The food was delicious and believe me, there was lots of it. Friendly staff, always on hand, well able to converse. There is a total sense of well being in the hotel.......Im going back.

I would be the first to complain if something was not right.....but I got nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and always willing to make you feel welcome.

The hotel presents itself not as a 4 star hotel like advertised: various objects in the room are really showing their age and need to be replaced. However the staff is doing thei rbest to keep the rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast area is quite small with the tables so close to each other that you can bearely find your way through. For breakfast the same food is offered each morning, however the offer is diverse enough so you have where to choose from if you want to try diffent things. If you want to have dinner in hotel's restaurant you have to let them now by noon. They also have some thematic dinners on fridays (prawns night) and mondays (piri-piri night). On monday we could not join because of arriving/departing schedule, on friday we did not join because of the prices which seemed too high compared to the restaurants in the city.

Rooms were a bit on the small side but this wasn't too much of an issue.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and that was our best choice out of 6 hotels we spent our honeymoon in Portugal. Of course, there is nothing special with location just the vila nova lagoons, but the hotel service itself was very good. The staff has prepared our room for a honeymoon stay, the champagne was in place, it was really worth staying at Solar de Mos

The website pics didn't really do it justice. The rooms/hotel were decorated very nicely. We loved the quaintness of it all.

Etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit Auto kein Problem.

Tout était parfait: -Très bon petit déjeuner. -Personnel très gentil (parle portugais, français et espagnol)et très souriant. -Grande chambre avec balcon, frigo et belle salle de bains. -Hotel très tranquile avec piscine. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous reviendrons dans ce très mignon hotel.

Uitstekend verzorgd kleinschalig hotel met prima personeel. Rustige omgeving op ongeveer 1 1/2 km.van stadscentrum.

Enige variatie in ontbijtbuffet.

Alle Fragen wurde sehr nett beantwortet, es gab nichts zu beanstanden, auch Frühstück war prima, wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

On se sent à la maison...facilité de contact avec les autres résidants ...patron et son personnel super sympa et toujours très attentionné... Endroit rêvé pour recharger ses bateries et se relaxer, très bonne cuisine....; On y retournera....
