Very spacious terrace & pool side, Also the restaurant and bar were very large and fairly well decorated. Nice big bedroom. When I booked the hotel they never told us that the golf course has been abandomed for a year, that was quite a disappoiment. Also the restaurant waiters did not know at all what they were doing and/or why. Hard to find a waiter at the bar. |

Wonderful hotel facilities. Large spacious bedroom and bathroom. Helpful front desk staff with good command of the english language. Restaurant staff need a lot of training, they are simply awful. No tips for the servers. |

THe pool and breakfast. Rooms were fine, but a new door locking system might help. Towels better than average THey sub out wireless and it's way way too expensive. Hard wired internet in lobby is ok, but just two stations |

The location is great at Castelo de Vide that is a very nice and interesting place and very close to Marvão. The staff is friendly, and the price is good. It's an old hotel not very good looking. There are not many services available and the pool place is very small. The room was not ready at 4.15pm. |

I liked... Err... Nothing. Okay, it was cheap. That's what I liked but if you find something else in the town for a similar prise, it might be worth trying it. For God's sake, opt for a room without breakfast, if you can. Do not drink their coffee. Tea and food are terrible, too, but the coffee in the restaurant is a crime on humanity. |

Friendly and efficient staff, traditional decoration in room, very close to town centre and tourist sites, very easy to find, comfortable public rooms Limited shelving in bathroom; no english-language TV channels; funny smell in corridor (but not in room) |
