The location in the very center of the city and the proximity to Serra da Estrela peak. Also the quiteness of the place. Nothing to be pointed out. |

The restaurant had great food and great prices. The balcony overlooking the main square was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking was very convenient. The pool was nice, but it wasn't open as often as it could be. |

The hotel is conveniently situated in the middle of the old part of town. The meals were reasonable. Our room had a balcony from which there was a strong smell of cooking. |

Central location, very good facilities for a 3 star hotel.Free internet in room,swimming pool and hot tubs in basement.Very Portuguese area, not suitable for those looking for lots of nightclubs etc. |

central location, good service, big room and a good restaurant breakfast might be improved but this is a small issue. After all Portugal is famous for dinners and not the breakfast buffets |

The annonced wi-fi connection was not working in my room. The wardrobe was ridicolous and the hairdryer not working. Other rooms were much better. Some rooms could be recommended, but not all of them. |

Gostámos muito da simpatia e profissionalismo do pessoal. Excelente parqueamento, barato e próximo do hotel. A qualidade do restautante é muito boa. A piscina e o jacuzi são espectaculares. Recomenda-se. Melhorar a diversidade de produtos ao pequeno almoço. Substituir as muitas qualidades de bolachas, talvez por ovos mechidos e bacon.De toda a estadia, foi o único ponto em que temos algo a apontar. |

Su personal amable, sus instalaciones pulcras, su restaurante (cenamos en el) variado y asequible y su excelente relación calidad precio. El ruido en la Plaza del Concejo al lado: mucha circulación en subida y noche-madrugada de "marcha". |

Très bon emplacement dans la ville historique, chambre confortable et restaurant dans l'hôtel, ainsi qu'un parking proche et peu onéreux, accès Internet dans la chambre gratuit. Bar existant, mais fermé à cette période (Mai). Penderie dans la chambre un peu petite. |

La situación del hotel, el restaurante, la solución para el coche, internet en la habitación y, por supuesto, la limpieza y atención del personal. No se los años que tiene el hotel, supongo que ha sido renovado, me parece importante el aspecto cuidado y no viejo. Si, la cortina de la ducha. A pesar de la limpieza del resto del hotel, tenía manchas de humedad. Ya sé que son difíciles de quitar, pero mejoraría mucho la habitación con cortina nueva o limpia. |
