Friendly / professional staff with good command of English. Free parking in basement of hotel. Beautiful studio ideal for self-catering.

Spending only three days in Stella Maris.

Exellent location. 5 min walk away from the exellent beach, restaurants. 30 min car drive away from Faro airport. Great staff. The best hotel we have visited in Portugal.

Friendly staff, good buffet dinner at restaurant, good children's pools.

No late checkout, not a beach hotel as advertised, bad bar food.

The location is very convinient for the beach and there's almost everything needed nearby (supermarket, restaurants, take away, etc).

The hotel could be better maintained and an update should be considered. For a family hotel, the baby cots should be more confortable. Fortunatelly we brought a baby matress. The worst point is the unexistent flexibility for the check out hour. We asked the reception to leave between 1PM and 2PM, knowing that the hotel wasn't fully booked, but we received a NO, because there where guests arriving. It really sounded to be a standard answer, revealling some lack of customer focus.

All of it, very nice hotel, just as you would expect from a quality hotel in the UK. Very happy with our stay

Staff very kind, nice swimming pools, wifi is free, location is not too bad, reasonnable prices of the bar.

Breakfast with too limited choice, and with quality that could be improved (e.g : expresso is not included and you need to pay an extra). Hotel not very charming, design looks like an hospital (especially the corridor with the handrail)

Although we do not use many of the hotel facilities,as we like to eat in the local restaurants,Gustavo and his colleagues make for a very enjoyable stay.Second time we have stayed here and probably will not be the last.
