The hotel, based on the stars, it has is very good and the service is at the needed level. The hotel and Esposende are very nice and clean.I would of reccomend the hotel to other people. |

It was quiet and the lady at reception was good. Breakfast was very boring. Reception did not know about the local wine routes and also not about the thermal spa........... which had closed a year ago. Our room had no mini bar, yet the reception asked us what we used from it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you imagine, no mini bar, but it is in the directory. |

The facilities were very good. Rooms spacious. Well designed and finished to a high standard. The swimming pool was excellent. Overall very disappointing. There was a lack of atmosphere and the staff seemed reluctant to engage with the guests. The prices for beverages was shocking. Internet acccess also too expensive. |

We have stayed here for 5 successive years as it is a relaxing place, relatively unspoilt in a picturesque small town, and represents good value for money - at least until 15th July! The expresso machine was not working during my stay! A few people were permitted to play Ball games in the pool, with consequent noise and splashing. |

Nice room. Good location. Barmen is really very kind. The restaurant. The food was more or less ok, but all the personal had got a cold, they had a bad cough and it looked like they sneezed in our food. The ocean and the beach in a long distance. |

The rooms were spacious and nice. The first night there was a fire alarm at 3 in the morning( but no fire) and at 7:30 o'clock in the morning someone knocked on all doors!! The morning breakfast buffet was not as nice as expected. Although the rooms had really good prices, the hotel bar and the restaurant were over priced in comparison to what they offered. |
