very friendly staff, nice breakfast, lovely rooms and nice location with the beach in such close proximity (2min walk). Turkish bath nice also. Nice location however a car is necessary. Very quiet but that is due to the time of year (late November). |

Lovely and relaxing. Some of the outside areas were looking a little tired after the season and needed attention. You also need to hire a car as it is very much off the beaten track, although this is part of it's charm. |

A fantastic place to stay.Spacious, tasteful accomodation, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely outdoor infinity pool, park for the children, 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a quiet, secluded location. We had stayed before in April booking through a High Street travel agency and were recognised and welcomed back by the staff. The problems mentioned in previous reviews-broken step on the slide/cracked window in the spa swimming pool have been rectified.Would recommend hiring a car as the hotel is several kms from the nearest town/supermarket. Swimming hats are obligatory in the indoor swimming pool so worth taking. No crockery/cutlery in the kitchen but reception promptly supplied (+ a kettle). A superb holiday. |

I liked the suite, it was beautiful and huge. I liked the place, it was wonderful. The sea view, the swimming pool and the very kind staff. The food was not fantastic and it was expensive. |

The staff would do anything to help you, the rooms were cleaned daily changing towels and bed linen. The breakfast served was amazing, the amount of food you could have eaten within the room rate was great. The spa was really clean and staff were really professional. The gym although it did not have lots of equipment was useful for what we wanted to use it for. The only small thing that you could complain about the hotel is that it is a little far away from the town but this wasnt a problem for us. |

It's a quiet and family friendly hotel, with a nice concept for the suites, and located in a calm and isolated area near the beach. Nice restaurant also, with normal prices for this category of hotel (not the same case for the drinks). The hotel identifies himself as a 'resort' but it has no beach facilities. The beach is in front of it but it is public, and the hotel has not facilities there for their guests. You have not places to go, and must fight for a place in the sand. Also this beach is not guarded. Drinks in the hotel are very expensive (ex: 4 euros for 1 lt of still water) |

The rooms are great and the staff are very friendly. For a quiet weeks holiday this is a great location with lovely beach. However I would recommend hiring a car as the restuarant in the hotel is a but limited. The restaraunt is not up to the standard that I would expect from this type of resort in terms of both fit-out and menu. It is fine for lunch but for dinner there should be something a little better. |

The location of the hotel is lovely. The design of the suites and the village like hotel is incredible. Fantastic views from the pool. Great service and excellent treatments in the spa. I would recommend to have larger size bathrobes and slippers. |

Location was good so long as you have a car as we did. Our suite was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was very disappointing. The one dinner we had was over priced and very average in quality. Also we felt the leisure area; pool, especially indoor pool, restaurant and gym were in poor repair. |

New resort with 2 small beaches on walking distance, spacious room and quite a lot of outdoor space. This resort is difficult to find and is not in or near Carvoeiro but 20 minutes east of this town (by car). Unfriendly welcome, sewage smell in the suite (solved correctly), wellness area is small and men and women are seperated (not really 'couple friendly'), restaurant is overpriced for the offered quality. |

The rooms and the view were key items overlooking the ocean with the caves and grootos below .Relaxing climate a must . Not a facility store on the property for toiletries etc. Evening food could have been better . Price/ quality was out of balance on food side. |

Spacious comfortable apartments and excellent beach top location with beautiful views and walks. Lack of information about the area and hotel, e.g. well equipped kitchen but no cooking utensils. Apparantly they could supply but you had to ask and not all staff spoke good english. |

I loved the comfort of the suites, looked forward to the beautiful breakfast and the staff were all so kind . And my massage was the best I ever had ! The only thing I missed was a shop in the hotel, that sold sweets, ice-creams , cameras, newpapers etc. |

The Hotel is excellent value it is a five star rating the accommodation is second to none hotel staff are attentive but do not intrude the location is excellent though a little out of the way if you require to visit a resort such as carvoerio a taxi ride is req though not expensive. If possible a form of heating may be req during the cooler months for night time other than that no other complaints |

The resort was very well run and maintained. The service from the staff was brilliant. The restaurant was only OK from a food quality perspective and over priced in my opinion. That said, the breakfast were very good. |

The grounds were beautiful. The location, so close to the cliffs and beach was wonderful. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff at reception seemed too busy to care about the guests. The kitchens in The suites are not equipped with anything for cooking. When we asked, they brought a bowl, a plate and silverware for each person and that was it. Yet there is a dishwasher in the suite! There were a lot of stains on the area rugs. You need a car if you stay here as it is not near to anything. |

All the good reviews on your website are exactly true, I didn't find anything bad to complain about. The breakfast is superb, the best in any hotel I've ever had. If anyone wants to go to Algarve, this is the hotel they should stay at. Road to the hotel, but even that, was fun for us. |
