the beach "albandeira" is royal (just a few steps from the hotel), suites are realy very spacious, comfortable and nice;) pool is small, restaurant is overpriced and a meal is not so good:( the staff is a little bit capricious, there is no facilities at the beach (sunbeds, shower, ...) |

There were a few things that disappointed us: 1. there was only one restaurant on the property and none within walking distance; 2. the "Ruby Bar" (cocktail bar) was supposed to be open at 6pm, however, in the 5 days spent there it only opened by that time once, the rest of the nights not before 8pm. I would advise any visitors to have their own transport. |

It has a lovely position facing due south so that the one is in full sun every day. The spa, with gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, 4 different hot & cold shower jets (tropical, side, rain & mist) and a relaxing water bed room was the best that we encountered. Accommodation, food and service were superb. All in all a great relaxing holiday and the added bonus of lovely weather in mid November. One cannot stay there without a car and there is a nasty 2km drive on a windy single track road down to the hotel. It could be a bit hairy as there were a few sharp bends and occasionally a herd of goats to negotiate! However once one arrived it was wonderful. |

The rooms were great, facilities fantastic as was the location The restaurant was very poor and expensive, we complained and noone seemed to care. They also need to at least rent plates, cups, kettle, etc in the kitchen as what is the point of having one if it is empty? |

É um hotel inserido numa área protegida.Preocupam-se com os factores ambientais. Desenvolver mais actividades de caracter desportivo, não permitir a existência de animais (gato) tão perto dos hóspedes e recorrer com maior frequência à limpeza na zona da piscina. |

Especialmente acolhedor, extraordinariamente bonito e calmo. O pessoal é excelente e as instalações são verdadeiramente 5 estrelas. O preço da comida é, ao contrário de outros comentários que lí, bastante razoável. Um pequeno reparo relativamente ás reservas abusivas de cadeiras na piscina. Creio que deveriam combater essa práctica. |

La habitación, era muy grande y espaciosa. La cocina de la suite no estaba equipada (cubertería, vajillas, batería...) La información de los diferentes servicios no estaba en castellano. Un hotel tan exclusivo debería tener personal que manejase los idiomas mas hablados. |

Habitação Em meia hora cairam 5 pessoas no deck da piscina.!!! É escorregadio e tem tábuas defeituosas. O serviço é inferior a 3 estrelas. |
