Wow, it's all I have to say. Great location by the beach, amazing rooms with a balcony, and a fantastic Spa. Just great!

We hade a suite on the 8th floor and the view was amazing. Seaview. The rooms are big and the decoration is modern. We also received chocolats and fruits on the day we arrived. We can certainly recommend the restaurant.

Loved the Design and the room space. Simply wonderful the view to the beach its very relaxing during the morning. ------- Portuguese ------- Adorei o design, o espaço do quarto e o conforto. A vista sobre o mar é bastante relaxante e fantastica.

1º the check in hour is past 2pm and I arrived at 3pm, room wasn't ready, they asked me to wait.. And I waited for an hour.. 2º I don't like to be played for a fool and and in hotel parking description I was miss led to believe that hotel had some sort of public space for them. But that's not true. Hotel parking is payed otherwise you have to leave the car on the street either payed or not depending if you find parking. 3º On the third day there was not hot water I had to leave hotel without a shower and when I got back around dinner time, the problem was solved although water was kinda brown. Not a "sorry" I have heard from the hotel in this matter. Although i loved the design and room comforting i probably wont get back to this hotel in Figueira and try another one. ------------ Portuguese ------------- 1º cheguei ao hotel por volta das 3 da tarde e apesar do check in ser apartir das 2, pediram-me para esperar um pouco pois o quarto não estava limpo. Esperei 1h até que me informaram q finalmente estava pronto. 2º Ao ler a descrição do estacionamento do hotel fui enduzido em erro, percebendo que o hotel dispunha de algum estacionamento na area numa zona publica. O que deveria dizer é que o estacionamento do hotel é PAGO (8€ por dia). O que eles se referem como "publico e não carece de reserva" é o estacionamento de RUA! em que algumas zonas circudantes são pagas e outras não. 3º no 1º dia do ano não havia agua quente, tive de deixar o hotel sem tomar banho e quando regressei a hora de jantar apesar de já haver agua quente esta aparentava castanha (terra). Apesar de ter adorado o o conforto indiscutivel e o design fantastico provavelmente não voltará a ser a minha primeira escolha na figueira.

It is very friendly and cosy,I liked the view from the room hotel is ammazing everything in this hotel is amzinging i couldn't expect better.

Location and accommodation. Breakfasts excellent.

The corridors outside the bedrooms and lift area were very dark and very hot.

We loved evrything about this Hotel !!

All it needed was a exterior pool , otherwise just perfect !!

Spacious apartments with beach /ocean view.

Just a strange algorythm of air conditioner and night time creaks coming from window panels most likely.

Disappointing

Good central location. Stylish rooms. Liked having a small kitchen area as no breakfast was included in the price, although the kitchen was tiny (a sink, & microwave & kettle) and not very well equiped (just 3 plates, knives, forks and spoons - no dishes). Nice touch of delicious freshly baked brownies in the room on arrival

The pool is not located at this hotel, you need to use a sister hotel down the road (which we never did find - but to be honest we didnt look too hard). The spa is not free

Very nice Romantic package! View, wide apartment.

Personal didn't know conditions of Romantic package (included breakfast, late check-out). It would be better the kitchenette to equip more fully.

Looks clean and neat.

Pay for use of swimming pool per 1.30 hrs per person. Breakfast very poor in choice and service. Very small T0 suites - more like a double room. Bars not in constant use No use of outside area on 1st floor. No entertainment.

Room is very clean and comfortable; excellent location;

Great view from our 10th floor room. Plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice touch was the welcome brownies and fruit plate with complimentary water waiting for us in our room. Perfect location right on the beach.

Only bad point was the dim lighting in the corridor outside the room which meant fumbling to unlock the door.

Escolhemos o pacote romântico, e foi simplesmente fantástico! Desde a recepção, à decoração do quarto (fruta e bolo de chocolate e espumante à nossa espera à chegada ao quarto), o jantar divinal no restaurante com cozinha gourmet e o pequeno almoço no quarto! Para repetir sem dúvida!

O facto de o estacionamento ser público (na avenida da marginal).

Da localização, da vista soberba do estúdio, das dimensões do estúdio...

Do parque de estacionamento. Muito pequeno. O pequeno-almoço também não era muito rico.

SPA pago; quarto (T1) mal dimensionado, sala enorme, quarto pequeno, cama exígua, casa de banho minúscula e com péssima colocação das louças.

Comportamento dos funcionários; localização do hotel; pequeno almoço muito bom.

A cama não era muito confortável.

Хороший просторный номер с видом на океан. Рядом находится рынок, где можно купить свежие фрукты. Отличное место для людей, которые ищут спокойный отдых . Мы отлично отдохнули от суеты большого города.

Удивил график уборки номеров, это происходило во второй половине дня.

Gostei da simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionários. O pequeno almoço servido no quarto é de muita qualidade e requinte.

Não gostei do tamanho da cama porque, embora de casal, era pequena. Um dos problemas do hotel é a falta de estacionamento privado.

Ongevraagd een upgrade naar een prachtige suite, met 2 balkons, 2 tv's en mooi uitzicht over de oceaan.

Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes in het hotel nogal ongezellig, wellicht omdat er weinig gasten waren. De bar was aan de dure kant.
