Den fine måde, jeg blev modtaget på. Alle var meget hjælpsomme. Nød en fantastisk middag i restauranten. Selv om jeg vistnok sad lidt i vejen for en større gruppe, fik jeg lov at se fodbold i baren (måske "hjalp" mine krykker til, at jeg ikke blev bedt om at gå et andet sted hen?) Savnede intet - ud over det pragtfulde rum, som er gået delvis tabt ved den nylige renovering. Det havde et fantastisk lys! |

We dont like hard beds and pillows. Localisation in the center is perfect but little noisy if you like to sleep with open window. |

The staff were all very helpful. The food in the restaurant was above average. The service was noteworthy. The rooftop pool and sunning deck, while small, was a good place to spend some relax time in the hustle of Ponta Delgado. Will definitely stay there again in the future. |

The location was very convenient, right in the center of Ponta Delgada, about 4 blocks from the city gates and main town square. Also, there was a nice garden in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful in booking a tour of Furnas as well. |

Clean spacious rooms with high ceilings and thick partitions, location close to everything I wish they would provide an electric kettle in the room |

localisation in the middle of town, very good cooking, some large rooms, a very nice staff. too much noise during the dinner, sometimes when babies are at table with their parents. Even if I like childreen I don't find normal to bother adults who need to have a break in their busy life. Maybe to propose to have a kind of nursery at the hotel during time dinner. Thank you ! |

The hotel was delightful to stay in. It was at the town center and many sites and restaurants were accessible by walking. I would gladly return and recommend it to visitors. |

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer recht neu und modern, für 3-Sterne Hotel recht grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lärmbelästung durch Strasse vor dem Hotel, Fenster/Türen schliessen in einigen Zimmern nicht optimal, so dass man dem Lärm nicht entkommen kann. Personal unterstützt aber bei Zimmertausch! |

hotel má velmi výhodnou polohu. je v centru města. Pokoj byl čistý. Snídaně velmi dobré, velký výběr nabídky. Příjemný byl i bazen na střeše hotelu.Pesonál velmi vstřícný. Byla jsem v hotelu v době, když vedle rekonstruovali budovu. znamenalo to hluk od ráda do odpoledne. |

Relação qualidade/preço, proximidade com o centro da cidade, simpatia dos funcionários Sendo a Ilha tão rica em produtos regionais próprios (broa, queijos, doçaria e ananás), é inadmissível não haver nenhum destes produtos no pequeno almoço, o qual não é mais que uma pálida versão de uma americanice, versão reduzidíssima. Também deve ser revista a qualidade dos colchões que estão deformados, bem como os chuveiros que já precisam de manutensão. Deveria haver parque de estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes do hotel. |

- La localización del hotel. La amabilidad de los empleados: el primer día no nos enteramos bien del horario de desayuno y tuvieron la amabilidad de servirnoslo fuera de dicho horario; También nos cambiaron enseguida la habitación cuando lo solicitamos. - Ruido en todas las habitaciones (de las máquinas de aire acondicionado, incluso apagado. Además, el edificio de enfrente está en construcción a fecha sep/09 y pinta para largo ). Moqueta en las habitaciones (con toda la humedad de la isla, enseguida huele mal), afortunadamente nos cambiaron a una con tarima. |

O atendimento prestado pelos funcionários foi excelente. Os serviços de restaurante e cafetaria revelaram-se muito bons. A arquitectura dos diversos espaços permite uma estada acolhedora com algum requinte. |
