The hotel staff we wonderful and very accomidating to our needs. We travelled with 2 children and they made the experiece so stress free for us.

de heerlijk ruime kamer ( we kregen een suite voor de prijs van een gewone kamer) en de centrale ligging

het personeel was in het algemeen (er waren uitzonderingen) minder vriendelijk dan in andere hotels op de Azoren.
