Tattva Design Hostel

Location is excellent. Close to rail and bus stations, metro and funicular. All the principal sights in walking distance. Very helpful and pleasant stuff.

i loved the curtains for the bed, and in general i loved everything, its just awesome.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Nice staffs. Very good location (just a minute's walk from the Sao Bento station or from the castle).

The decor was amazing! Round the corner from the centre of Porto and station.

The street looked poor but if you want an elderly brothel on your doorstep book fast lol !

Good location; friendly people

No hot water during the evening and the next morning. A disaster for a room of nearly fifty euros. This should not happen. Breakfast very simpel.

I recommend Tattva Hostel.

But in a new next visit I am going take from my house one padlock for my locker and I arrived earlier to did my bed with light :) I arrived at 2am. It's my mistake :) I reccommend also change bathroom hangers but I said this to Tattva Staff ;)

It is certain that there is lockers, but we can't lock so it is dangerous.

The hostel is perfect and everything is good quality. What you'll find there: - orthopedic mattress; - privacity ( curtais around the bad); - a wonderful shower; - a excelent breakfast; - a staff able to resolve anything and very nice; - a internet working in everywhere in the hostel; - and everything The bad thing: your standard of hostel Will change and all the others hostel in your next trip will look bad!

One of the best hostels i have ever stayed in. Excellent location, fully equipped with all amenities and a clean place. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help you. Walking tour was also very good. Beds are equipped with curtains that allows you more privacy. Kitchen has all necessary utinsils, oven and microvave.Just 2 minutes walk from Sao Bento train station. Its a good value for money. Will come back for sure.

Very Comfortable! It is located next to the train station so it's so convenient to get to everywhen downtown. The employees are also nice and kind. Wonderful experience!!

the best youth hostel i´ve ever stayed

Brand new hostel with well equipped facilities. Very good location in the city centre. Definitely could recommend it.

Breakfast was good, but by adding some more stuff it would be wonderful.

Everything was just perfect, the staff was very helpful, the hostel is very nice, the outdoor terrace and everything else. The free walking tour was wonderful, all places of interest in 2 hours - would recommend it to everyone.

A few blocks till hostel not so nice to walk - the smell and people, but the location is very good, very near metro station, so it was ok.

We loved the design and modern, vibrant atmosphere of the hostel. Stuff incredibly friendly and helpful. Location - also great.

That's only a pity that there's no option to close our belongings in the room - even with my own padlock. Considering the quality of portuguese bread and its low price, breakfast could be a bit better.

Very good hestel, beautifull common terrace, clean. I had a great time. The "free walking with the locals" tour was funny and it was a good way to meet people from other hostels.

Dinner and pubs tour are expansive.

Labai patiko! Personalas nuostabus ir draugiskas. Labai tvarkingas ir stilingas hostelis. Hostelis tinka tiek norintiems nakti pamiegoti, tiek pasilinksiminti. Kadangi yra atskiros patalpos (terasa, virtuve su valgomuoju..), kuriose galima pasisedeti ar susipazinti su hostelio gyventojais. Pusryciams duoda sumustinuku, arbatos, dribsniu. Ko mums pilnai uzteko. Labai patiko viskas :) jauki ir miela vieta fainiems zmonems.

The helpful and friendly staff to whom nothing is a bother. Nice clean comfy beds with light and the curtains give your own privacy.
