Everything was just perfect!

Lighting in bathroom not enough to put make up on.

Liked the fact that it was a bit of fun and different and was very stylish and contemporary and the staff were all really welcoming and helpful. Also the breakfasts were very good.

Nothing that we disliked but when there was bright sunshine outside it was rather dark when you first went into the hotel but it did make it feel cosy and the bedrooms weren't too dark.

The Design element is not very practical ,a very dark almost gloomy place And extremely hot due to the Theatrical lighting ,plus the A/C only drops to 21c We had to open our window to cool the room No where to dry clothes off as it was raining non stop Also no door on the bathroom,so you can hear your partner going through the motions

Location, staff, service, decoration, breakfast... all are absolutely excellent!! Good value for money. To revisit soon, this time in couple for holidays. Congratulations!

For all the curtains and draping the hotel's quiet! And you don't get that often these days. The hotel's designers have done a great job making you feel as if you were in a real theater. The location is perfect for a city trip, close to all the relevant sights and even closer to all the shopping streets. Assorted breakfast. The champagne in the morning makes you feel aristocratic indeed. (для тех, кто понимает.) Soft music, soft everything. The staff is really there to help you. Would highly recommend it to those wishing to have a stylish city trip.

Absolutely great hotel, super modern and high level. Very friendly and professional staff, helped us with anything we needed. The room was really good, bed and shower were exceptional. They provided us umbrellas which really helped with the bad weather,A real bargain too, as we found the hotel in the secret deal page (for registered members) and payed only 50 euros a night, including breakfast and a welcome drink.

Very stylish - excellent breakfast including sparkling wine and range of fresh fruits. Room perfect ; very comfortable bed. Nice touch a welcome glass of porto in the pleasant lounge.

Its not good when design beats functionality ; the impressive looking shower-head meant water ran around the glass topping around the bath and flooded the bathroom! Quite dark browns and curtains (to match the theatre theme) which I didn't mind but could be matter of taste for others.

The hotel has a unique style, quite impressive and cozy at the same time. The staff, services were impeccable and we had an wonderful time.

Service, food and price are perfect

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful as well as comfortable. The shower was fantastic and the towels were so plush. The beds were so comfortable too, and the bedding felt fantastic. The hotel restaurant breakfast and dinners were amazing.

Sometimes the dimness in the halls was disconcerting. It was designed like a theatre, so the lighting was not brightly lit. I did not care for the coffee, so on our last day I finally ordered hot tea. It was great.
