O que mais apreciei durante a estadia foi a simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionários do hotel. Tendo em conta que conheço outros hoteis do mesmo grupo (também de 4 estrelas) este hotel parece-me ficar um pouco aquém dos outros (Avenida em Ponta Delgada e Açores Lisboa). A relação preço/qualidade parece-me um pouco exagerada por comparação. |

Proximidad de Angra, tranquilidad, el spa. Desayuno muy limitado, el hecho que el spa cierre por las tardes los domingos y días de fiesta, el horario limitado de la piscina exterior y el cierre por la noche de los jardines |

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Meer mit grossem Garten mit schönem Schwimmbad und phantastischer Aussicht. Es ist so nahe der historisch wertvollen Stadt Angra, dass man gut zu Fuss ins Zentrum gelangt. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut. Es hat keinen eigenen Strand, die Küste ist mit grossen Lavasteinen besetzt. |

A vista e a piscina. O serviço de bar de apoio da piscina deverá ser melhorado bastante. Paguei imenso por um prego no pão, com carne de péssima qualidade e por umas batatas fritas em óleo mais que passado |

os quartos poderiam ter um espelho de corpo inteiro, e as cadeiras da sala de refeições deviam estar de tal forma preparadas para que, quando as arrastassem, por exemplo, ao pequeno almoço, este barulho não se fizesse sentir nos quartos imediatamente no andar de baixo, a partir das 7h da manhã (como experienciei). |
