Your Hotel & Spa

The staff was excellent!Especially the reception was very helpful and friendly.The inner decoration of the hotel is nice and relaxing and the spa is a very good asset.The nature around the hotel is beautiful.

The main problem we encountered is the difficulty to find the hotel.We arrived at night and there were no signs for "your hotel and spa'' .Actually everybody knows it with its previous name "thermas piedade" and so is written in the signs!!!Another thing is that the first impression of the hotel is not good.Thought inside is rennovated ,the outside of the building needs rennovation too.We wanted to use this hotel as a base to see the central part of portugal but it was proven away from destinations and with no life near it.But if someone wants to relax for a weekend it's an excellent choice.

It was really very difficoult to reach the hotel. No signals,impossible roads. The bathroom had a lot of problems: no hot water, water on the floor because of holes in the tubes ...We tryied also to eat in the restaurant ... The manager offered us the dinner to apologise. No comment

Perfect. New hotel with great rooms, delightful breakfast, superb spa, very quiet. Very helpful personnel. Lovely swimming pool and the beach isn't too far away (by car) No doubt ... go there!!!!

Dinner was quite expensive compared to the nearby village of Nazaré. Internet might be free in this kind of new hotels.

Hotel novo, com design moderno, bom pequeno almoço e restaurante de qualidade. Boa relação preço/qualidade.

Preço elevado de utilização da piscina interior bem dos tratamentos de SPA. Quarto de casal de tamanho reduzido (pelo menos o que nos foi atribuído). Ausência de frigobar.

Très bien situé à l'écart des routes et du bruit. Très bon confort. Chambre très agréable et de dimensions appréciables.

O conforto do quarto, apesar de não ser muito grande. O hotel situa-se numa zona calma, a poucos quilómetros de Alcobaça e não muito longe da Nazaré

Tudo o que diz respeito ao SPA exige um pagamento adicional. Penso que o acesso à piscina interior/jacuzzi e afins podia estar incluído na tarifa do quarto. O pequeno almoço tinha algumas lacunas que poderiam ser facilmente preenchidas.

A localização do hotel é boa. Rodeado pela natureza e a poucos km da praia permite conciliar gostos rurais e urbanos. Disponibiliza um excelente spa ideal para relaxar.

O restaurante fica muito aquem das expectativas, o pequeno almoço é razoável mas em relação às restantes refeições não se justifica a medioridade face ao hotel.

Het hotel was goed gelegen en had een grote parking. Het restaurant in het hotel was uitstekend!

De standaard kamer is zeer klein. Het is aan te raden een meerprijs te betalen voor een grotere kamer. Eerste nacht is de verwarmingsketel stuk gegaan waardoor we smorgens enkel koud water hadden. Aangezien het buitenzwembad en de Spa ook toegankelijk is voor niet-hotel gasten was het er zeer druk.
