The hotel was well located, the breakfast was excellent (big variety of food, both worm and cold, drinks and fruits). Rooms were clean and spacious. Room (I don't know if all) are located front to the street, which goes uphill. It can be quite noisy during the night. |

Fine hotel! Were with the child, took number for three - distances huge about the big balcony. The sympathetic personnel. The breakfast is good. And in view of cost - an estimation perfectly! |

Very large apartments with lots of good facilities. Everything was ready for us when we arrived at 1:00am. Breakfast is also very nice. |

We have stayed at this hotel before and so partly chose this because it was familiar. Enjoyed the breakfast ,service from staff was really friendly and kind. LOvely bright and v.clean hotel, comfortable. We had a room for two people - would have liked an oven and a toaster as we did prepare a few meals , but was ok and would stay again. |

I really liked the hotel facilities. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast which was included in price. The hotel also offers free access to swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have free access to internet |

The hotel staff was great. Our flight back home was very early in the morning so we would have missed our breakfast. The staff organised that the breakfast was prepared for us in our room the evening before. That was excellent. I didnt like the fact, that the hotel rooms are facing quite a noisy road. |

Location is very nice, close to the coast and shopping center( not to the historical center). I have stayed just for 2 nights and it was good choice. really good value for money. I did not really trust water in swimming pool and jacuzzi. |

For budget travellers this place is fine. underground parking was cheap. The roof top area was great for relaxing and sunbathing. The breakfast which was included was nice. The hotel's restaurant had a great 12.50 euro three course special which was great. The staff were very helpful. Good location. Would stay again and bring my own pillow. Would like to see the pillows replaced as they were so thin and hard. The pool was not really heated it was too cold for our family to enter. The hotel rooms are not too far away from needing refurbishment but this is only aesthetics and some people like us do think this is important. For the price the complaints are only minor and did not detract from our visit. |

Nice staff, good location, big room, good price, breakfast was fine. Beds were hard as the volcanic rock that once made Madeira. The jacuzzi had not been cleaned in a fair while,and didn't function properly. |

A simpatia do pessoal, a limpeza e arrumação do quarto. O ruído proveniente da rua e dos outros quartos tornava o descanso quase impossível a partir das 5h00 da manhã... até o acender das luzes no quarto ao lado se ouvia!!! A inexistência de parque de estacionamento no local... Apesar de tudo, uma avaliação positiva, recomendo contudo que ao reservar se certifiquem de que ficam com um dos apartamentos do interior do complexo... aí sim, existe qualidade. |

La habitación espaciosa y al igual que el balo bastante limpio. Buena decoración y confortable Está un poco mas alejado del centro de lo que marca el plano en la web, a unos 20 min caminando. Otro aspecto negativo fue que no funcionaba el bar de la terraza. |

Durante a nossa estadia apenas limparam o apartamento uma vez. Na última noite retiraram as toalhas deixando apenas uma toalha de banho, uma de rosto e uma higiénica para três adultos. Pequeno almoço fraco. A localização apresentada no mapa, entretanto alterada, não correspondia à verdade. Muito mau! |

Excellent hôtel au personnel efficace et chaleureux. Propreté exceptionnelle. Petit déjeuner parfait. Calme aussi bien dans la chambre que sur les terrasses. A recommander sans hésitation. |

Da localização e simpatia dos funcionários. Como está localizado numa rua muito movimentada, durante a noite ouve-se muito o ruido dos automoveis.Reclamei na recepção de mudaram-nos para um apartamento bastante confortavel. |

oli kodikas, ei liian iso hotelli, rauhallinen sijainti, bussipysäkit lähellä. Uima-allas, poreamme ja aurinkotuolit katolla iso plussa. Sauna oli lämmitetty kiitettävästi 95-asteiseksi. Oli elämys käydä "suomalaisessa" saunassa ja uida lämpimässä marraskuun illassa kirkkaan tähtitaivaan alla. Poreammeessa vesi +35 astetta. Receptionin henkilökunta avulias ja palvelu ystävällistä. Erityiskiitos uninallukoittemme hellästä hoidosta. Aamiaisessa arvostimme eniten tuoreitten hedelmien osuutta. Sijainti ei vastannut odotuksiamme, mutta se ei ollut hotellin vika. Booking.comin sivuilla hotelli oli merkitty karttaan Funchalin keskustaan, vaikka todellisuudessa matkaa oli 2 km. Ylämäki "kotiin". Busseja onneksi kulki kiitettävän usein. |
