Terrace Mar Suite Hotel

I really liked the hotel facilities. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast which was included in price. The hotel also offers free access to swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have free access to internet

Location is very nice, close to the coast and shopping center( not to the historical center). I have stayed just for 2 nights and it was good choice. really good value for money.

I did not really trust water in swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Reception staff was excellent, cleanliness of the rooms, proximity to city center and Lido beach.

Too noisy for vacation, busy road, heavy construction across the street, small and uncomfortable bed

For budget travellers this place is fine. underground parking was cheap. The roof top area was great for relaxing and sunbathing. The breakfast which was included was nice. The hotel's restaurant had a great 12.50 euro three course special which was great. The staff were very helpful. Good location. Would stay again and bring my own pillow.

Would like to see the pillows replaced as they were so thin and hard. The pool was not really heated it was too cold for our family to enter. The hotel rooms are not too far away from needing refurbishment but this is only aesthetics and some people like us do think this is important. For the price the complaints are only minor and did not detract from our visit.

Nice staff, good location, big room, good price, breakfast was fine.

Beds were hard as the volcanic rock that once made Madeira. The jacuzzi had not been cleaned in a fair while,and didn't function properly.

Very efficient and courtious staff. Good location. Spacious and Clean rooms with good facilities.

O ruído que não é convenientemente isolado incomoda um pouco durante a noite.

Quartos bem equipados, limpos. Pequeno almoço razoável.

Localização em local um pouco barulhento, estacionamento pago.

sim enganarao se na factura ,e ainda nao me mandarao a factura certa para meu mail...espero k se resolva,pois nao fikei muito satisfeito....

Quarto espaçoso; pequeno-almoço razoável; Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis;

Ouve-se o barulho da rua: os carros a passar, as pessoas nos corredores, as funcionárias a fazer limpeza nos quartos, tem muito má insonorização e necessita de alguma remodelação; Garagem tem de ser paga e o seu acesso é dificil e nem sempre a porta automática funciona;
