very basic 4 stars (??) with minimal room equipment and a difficult climbing to the rooms of this old, reconverted building.
I really can't understand overly enthisiastic commnets rating it as superb. It si far away of this category, For instance, among others, has someone noted that the access to showeres is 35 cm wide? that the breakfast space is a cluttered half, triangle room,....etc.
Moerover, one can indicate préférences on booking.com, almost no one take them into consideration at the check in formalities and this happens not only in Lisbon.
The arty kharma of this hotel is dated and Mrs Prieto's slogans on the walls are 'deja-vu' platitudes while her painting art is a full confusion & imitation of the some trends of the 80's.
In a nutshell, design on walls can't replace confort and 4 star furnishing and equipments.
