Absolutely perfect location, in a quiet back street 1 minute away from the heart of the town, Rossio square. The train station, metro, bus to the airport are right there. A bit hard to find, though. A "concept" little hotel, with a different theme in each room, all of them beautiful, Makws you feel you are in a truly special place. Nice breakfast. Wifi reception was perfect.

It was not a problem for us but there is no elevator and you have to climb a pretty steep flight of stairs just to get to the reception area, and again from there to the rooms. Probably not the best of places for elderly or disabled people.

I loved this quirky small boutique style hotel which is in a fantastic location. Easy access to buses, metro, and bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spotless, with quality bedding.Plenty of choice in the continental style breakfast with everything fresh. Would certainly recommend it.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. That would have been the icing on the cake!

Staff was very friendly and the design was exceptional - the location is not bad even though the street looked tiny bit dodgy in the evening. Breakfast was lovely and there was a nespresso machine. Overall a nice place for young travellers who like the design art-y feel in the hotels.

I asked for two single beds in my request however arrived to a double bed and nothing was done to change The garbage collection was so loud it kept us up at night and woke us up in the morning

This hotel is a real treat. Wonderfully located, stylish and fun. The staff were young, enthusiastic and extremely helpful; the breakfasts lovingly prepared. A delightful contrast to the bland, anonymous and boring hotels run by larger enterprises

There's a lot of stairs and as yet no lift. It'[s definitely a place for the young and active rather than the old and infirm!

The hotel is perfectly located one block from Rossio Square. The staff is fantastic and helpful and the breakfast is lovely composed with bread and local cookies. The room has the perfect size and is very fresh and comfortable.

The only thing that might be annoying is that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep and long.... a bit hard after a long day in beautiful Lisbon. But when you know it there are several cafes just outside the entrance with possibilities to regain breath before climbing the stairs :).
