Location Wifi Staff Restaurant Breakfast
The shower could be better The bed was cramped on the room Furniture were new but not in great shape
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The beds were especially comfortable and the blinds completely blacked out the room, providing a great night's rest. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated all of our needs, we would highly recommend the Beautique Hotels Figueira.
Great bar staff
Lighting in Room was not great. Turkish bath was not usable...
Pretty much everything except what is said next.
Rooms are rather dark, full of mirrors and it's difficult to find out which switch works for which light...
The hotel itself is beautiful. I loved the ambient lighting all around. The receptionist at the counter was beautiful too! Great location
Everything: the competent and friendly staff, the highly original design, the fact that you have both a bar and an (excellent) restaurant at your disposal, the central location. It really doesn't get much better than this. And it's luxury you can afford.
Nothing at all.
The size of room
Location, Wi-Fi, extensive choice of TV channels
Décor in the room breakfast was a bit sloppy - but then it was New Year's Day and perhaps the hangover of the night before was still there
Beautiful design, and overall vibe is very cool. Room was fabulous. Reception staff super friendly and professional. Evening meal in Restaurant one of our best meals in Portugal, and not stupidly expensive considering the quality and setting. Everything about this hotel feels stylish and special. Its genuinely one of our favourite hotels we've stayed in...apart from...
The breakfast, which is one of the worst we've ever had in any hotel in the world. We politely told the reception about it and they were very nice about it. I think they know its not fitting with the rest of the hotel and needs to change. Bad self service coffee from a plastic pot, rude waiter, nothing really fresh, nothing made to order. We asked for an espresso and he groaned before making it. Plus we were charged 15 euros each. I would recommend skipping breakfast and going to a cafe on the square, as it would be a much more positive start to the day. It made it worse that everything else is so perfect, it was upsetting they have messed up something so fundamental we actually felt sorry for the hotel. I dont believe the Olivier restaurant could have had anything to do with the breakfast
The situation of the hotel was perfect. Right on the border of the old town and the posher areas. We will definitely be returning. Room 503 is the best one too !
The fact the bar and the hotel are separate entities meant we couldn't charge our drinks to our room. Minor quibble.
Location, view, public traveling, restaurant
Despite the Booking's promise the Hotel deducted the money in advance. We asked for an early morning check in but we could receive the room just at 2 PM. The restaurant has uncomfortable chairs, the overall space is very tight
That they speak English
Everything, including dinner at their "Honra" restaurant
Comfort, central situation
we had to pay for sauna and Turkish bath, very disappointing
Hotel's facade is old but it has a unique and modern interior design which catch your eyes. Staff are so nice and friendly and you feel you are welcomed. The location can not be better than this.
I liked everything about this hotel, nothing negative.
Location is right in the middle of the city - no car is needed
Location :-) If you want sleep it can be difficult - a lot of noise from ambulances, police cars etc just outside the windovs.
Everything.Situation was exellent and the staff, too. We liked very much of the decoration, it was refreshing
originally, confortable, central position for going everywhere ( a few steps from Metro Rossio and main shopping streets of Baixa and Chiado), square's beautiful view from the window, excellent restaurant downstair.
It's just a great hotel! I stayed here last year at the same time and was looking forward to coming back. Sometimes you can be disappointed when you have high expectations from a previous visit but not here.
Great Location Very friendly employees! Amazing good Hotel.
Fitness is small, with no music and too dark.
Male receptionist that checked us in was so friendly!!! Cocktails were amazing!!!! Room technology was brilliant !!
No big deal but found it strange we couldn't charge to room as " bar is separate" but we paid cash no problem really in the end
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the staff went out of their way for us and we really appreciated it. I will stay there again if I go back to Lisbon
Very comfortable bed Clean and stylish room Excellent food Great service Location very central
Convenient to all modes of transportation. Walking distance to beautiful squares and lovely neighborhoods. Good shopping, great pastry shops. Very friendly staff. Restaurant had great food for dinner.
A bit dark. The new age decor is certainly cool but it is a bit cave like.
