Ocean view, Room size and balcony, Hotel grounds. Breakfast staff attentive and friendly. Parking facilities.

Front desk service could be more attentive and helpful. Outdated design and furniture of room. Shuttle service to town too limited especially during the evening and night. Complimentary detailed local map on arrival would be useful. Changing carpeting in the hallway during our stay was unpleasant.

This was our first visit and greatly exceeded our expectations. The hotel location, facilities, food and staff attitude could not be better. We are sure to return. Thank you Cliff Bay.

Fabulous location, really helpful and professional staff, a relaxed atmosphere. Great spa, pools and gym.

Although full, you would not have realised it - there was so much space - at times you felt you had it all to yourself. The staff were always available and helpful, but never intrusive.

I'd like it to be cheaper so that I could afford to go back more often!

The setting was beautiful, the room was large and we had a view of the ocean from the balcony. The restaurants were good but pricy.

The hotel is trying to be a timeshare and we were invited to events that were associated with that although it was not disclosed in the invitation, we chose not to go. The beds were very firm, not comfortable. The clientele was a little more mature than we would have liked. We enjoy this type of resort but with a little less formality.

The location, the facilities and service in general are of very high standard. Likewise, the food (buffet) was a delight.

We consider the prices for food and drinks on the high side.

We were told there was no room (even though we had the Booking.com confirmation) and so the only room they could find was the Presidential Suite. What a treat. The trip of a lifetime!

The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the center and the old district of Funchal while you enjoy the scenery and the variety of restaurants and shops. The design of the hotel marvelously combines ocean and rock essentials.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

Prices for food and drink were expensive

部屋は広く、清潔であるため、快適に過ごすことができる。ビュッフェ形式の朝食は美味しく、朝からシャンパ- ンも飲むことができる。プール、サウナ、ジムなどもあり、ホテルの中だけでゆっくりできる。セントラルに出- るなら、ホテルの送迎バスか、ホテル前を通る路線バスを利用すれば便利。

op je kamer, maar ook overal in en rondom het hotel kon je je optimaal ontspannen

het was het soms net niet helemaal: kleine tafeltjes in de restaurants, saaie plantjes op tafeltjes, onhandige hangfohn op badkamer

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la piscina está al borde del mar y el bar de la piscina es muy agradable. Se puede ir a Funchal dando un paseo.

Necesitaría alguna pequeña reforma

Ménage approximatif.Personnel travaillant en dillettante,buffet petit-déjeuner constitué de nourriture industrielle.Personnel de la piscine insolent avec les clients et de surcroit paresseux.
