We were very impressed with the hotel and the service. On checking-in we were sat down at the receptions desk, whilst the formalities of checking- in were dealt with. Staff around the pools /bar area were excellent, very helpful in finding sunbeds, bringing towels serving drinks , etc Breakfast was very good, choice was excellent. There was consistency in their service. Sitting outside and having leisurely breakfast was a very nice start to a day. Hotel is spacious and clean. Room and bathroom had a nice design comfort and space. Transport to the airpirt was arranged via hotel and it was very efficient . Would stay in the Lake resort again

Choice of drinks in the mini bar was very poor !

Some facilities in the spa were not working

The pool by the lake, the deck, the room size, the bathroom.

At the restaurant Marenostrum the beer was served in plastic glasses, a "no" for a 5 stars hotel!

Everything! A really enjoyable experience, wonderfully friendly staff, fabulous resort. April seems to be a quiet time in Vilamoura but there was a lovely atmosphere around the hotel. I couldn't fault it.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Facilities and staff excellent. Difficult to find any faults.

Absolutely amazing ! We stayed in a garden view room which doesn't sound that great but it was just the opposite amazing view! The facility was just suburb and pictures and words can not explain. The beach is super close took us only give minutes and the resort has straight access threw the back. Location was amazing the marina was only ten minute walk which was huge. The staff was very very helpful and nice had lots of info and we were willing to help at all times. Would definitely stay here again !!!

I wouldn't recommend the airport service 40 euros per way which was way more expensive than going threw another company.

It was really a very pleasant experience. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & efficient. The breakfast buffet is not BIG, but very well selected & high quality. We did not miss anything. We will definitely go back.

Children have access to the spa at certain times, which is great for families, but I would suggest to a) have a life guard on site and b) explain the spa facilities to visitors who are not experienced. Children should not go into a sauna on their own (and leave the door open), neither should they RUN around on the wet floor or jump into the spa pool. This is meant to be constructive and will not stop me from visiting the spa facilities again in the future.

Really amazing service was the differentiation. The staff were friendly, always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to help. One could tell they took personal pride and ownership of the hotel. Well done....

Very clean. Excellent location lovely helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide variety . and the spa facilities were great albeit would have preferred a bigger indoor pool but thats being picky.

Tbh nothing there were no tea / coffee facilities in the room but thats being very picky. Drains in the shower smelt a little.

Good location at walking distance from the Vilamoura marina and the great Falésia beach. Professional and friendly staff. Very good spa, free of charge for hosts except massages. Good breakfast and catering facilities. Easy access and free parking. Relaxing, but we tested only the low season feeling. It should be very much more trendy and fussy in other periods. Attractivelly priced winter package, though.

We were visiting the hotel at low season, meaning many facilities closed or minimised, and we were specially unlucky with the weather which didn't allowed to stay outdoors, something the hotel is well equipped to accommodate.
