I liked in particular the behaviour of the staff and it's location, which was close to the downtown and to the University. I didn't like the noice from outside. |

The Staff was excellent! I would like to take this opportunity to commend desk clerk Paulo Melo! He went above and beyond his job description to be exceptionally helpful and courteous. The dinner prices at the restaurant.I thought the restaurant prices were exceptionally high priced for the menu offered. |

My opinion is very general because i didn't use the hotel services so much. The hotel was recently build and everything looks very nice. Quiet place. In the center. Good access to the highway. Rooms are very confortable and big. The only minus that i have is the breakfast that could have more variety, but like it is o.k. I advise the people to stay there and make the reservation from booking. keep the quality. |

Es muy agradable y tiene buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones son muy amplias, además tiene aparcamiento gratis dentro del hotel, lo que es muy cómodo si tienes coche. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente. El hotel es excelente en cuanto a calidad precio. |

A presteza dos funcionários; quarto com boa área, agradável, limpo.Fácil de encontar, boa localização.Restaurante conveniente, preços razoáveis, boa comida. A aérea da piscina interior e sauna não está mantida em condições, parece abandonada e está degradada (musgo na madeira do chão fungos na pastilha de revestimento das paredes, sujidade no fundo da piscina, janelas a precisarem de limpeza) apesar de muito recente! O ar condicionado no salão do restaurante esteve exageradamente frio, principalmente á noite (mas foi desligado quando solicitámos) |

Pequeno-almoço, piscina, localização, atendimento, estacionamento grátis, foi uma experiência muito agradavel! Sei que é um pormenor irrelevante, mas a única coisa que eu alteraria era o fornecedor dos sumos do pequeno almoço! |

Gostei da localizaçao deste e tambem acho que os quartos sao muito bons! Bom pequeno almoço e bom ginasio. Sim! Tv do hotel deveria ter mais canais sem ser a pagar, deveria ja estar incluido preço. |
