The accmodation was clean comfortable and the staff were very polite. The all day restaurant was not open, (in july! ) only the al la cart restaurant, which was not suitable for my children. Also, in a five star hotel I didn't expect that light bulbs were not working walls to be scuffed! Use of bath robes would have been nice. |

La décoration, l'espace et l'environnement. Les prix très élévés (café à plus de x4 de Lisbonne sans même un chocolat ou un spéculos) accompagnés de mesquineries (supplément pour le tennis, caution pour les serviettes de la piscine et la nécessité de demander la plupart des fourniture). |

Calma e tranquilidade. A disponibilidade dos funcionários e delicadeza ao darem informações. Limpo e muito confortável. É muito bom não precisar do carro dentro do complexo, temos transporte do hotel disponível. |

Zowel de ontbijtbuffetten als de "all day dinings" 's avonds waren verbluffend lekker en uitgebreid. Het waren echt culinaire hoogstandjes !! Het hotelpersoneel en obers zijn enorm behulpzaam en bijzonder vriendelijk (de Engelse taal is absoluut geen probleem). Het verblijf in het townhouse was zeer comfortabel, ruim en kraaknet. Echt een aanrader !! Het maaien van het gras voor de golf overdag was soms storend maar wij begrijpen ten volle dat de terreinen voor deze sport er kraaknet moeten bijliggen. Dit enig minpuntje weegt niet op tegenover al het positieve dat we mochten ervaren. |

De ruime opzet van het Westin Residences, de ruime kamers/appartement. En de ligging is vrij centraal. Het is jammer dat tijdens de schoonmaak van ons verblijf van 8 nachten, niet een keer het balkon is schoongemaakt en er ook geen bezem of doekje stond zodat wij het nog zelf konden doen. min puntje |

Die Appartments sind sehr geräumig und hochwertig eingerichtet; die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Strände von Santa Cruz sind in ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. |
