Tivoli Victoria & The Residences at Victoria

Hotel stay was very nice . Despite having booked the residences online , when we arrived in the hotel , we learned the residences were booked out. The lady at reception then offered us a junior suite . This worked out well for us and the kids. Spa was wonderful as usual .

It's very nice hotel, very helpful staff, nice pools, beds are great, good view -specially on golf course, it's very peaceful, breakfasts are various and tasty. Hotel staff arranges everything you need. It was really relaxing.

The service and the facilities of the Hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Residence apartments for three nights. Both adults and children enjoyed the pool area which was well set out with plenty of available chairs and shady areas. The rooms were well presented with modern furniture and bathroom facilities. We got a taxi into Vilamoura each evening and ate on the Marina in various restaurants there.

Would suggest that an earlier shuttle is put on by the hotel. We got a taxi in and out of Vilamoura each evening as the shuttle was not until 8.00 when the restaurants were busy. We found getting in by 7.30/7.45 made a difference in getting tables.

The apartments were very comfortable and clean. The gym was well equipped.

The pool loungers were insufficient when the residences were busy.

The cabanas by the pool are fantastic, an amazing way to lounge around and be waited on by the pool butler. The rooms are boutique and to a very high standard, walk in wardrobe, amazing lounging sofas on the balcony, open plan baths etc. full range of british tv channels.

The hotel felt a bit 'souless' to me; the staff are not overly friendly/outgoing towards each other or guests. If you want really attentive staff and a hotel with 'soul' stay at the Sheraton in Albufeira. But if you like boutique hotels and an amazing spa with 6* facilities this is the hotel for you.

the apartments were new,immaculately clean(maid service everyday), excellently equiped. I loved the fabulous sunloungers outside of the main hotel pool. good location to vilamoura and surrounding area.

not a mojor dislike but gym could have been better equipped such as exercise mats, swiss balls and more hand weights.

The Residences at Victoria appartments were immaculate and had all the facilities required and more, they were extremely comfortable and serviced each day to a very high standard. We used the pool at Tivoli Victoria and beach facilities at Tivoli Marina hotel which were both fantastic. The breakfasts were fantastic and the food in the gourmet resteraunt at the Tivoli hotel was lush. A lovely hotel vith very accomodating and helpfull staff.

Should have a transfer to the beach.

The hotel is the best i have ever stayed at the facilities are brilliant ,the rooms are very modern ,the pools are relaxing .Breakfast was very good ,the staff were very helpful and professional overall 10/10

We liked the quality of the appartment, the view from our balcony and the silence.

The service near to the pool and the communication between the hotel reception and residence reception for sure will be better in main season.

Staff could not do enough to make stay comfortable. Accommodation & facilites excellent.
