Tivoli Victoria & The Residences at Victoria  

The spacious apartments and the cleanliness of the place. Everything worked for us. The indoor pool was fine. Staff is very polite, there's free wi-fi in the reception area, secure parking and the property was very well attended to. No complaints at all.

It is a place where you will need a car to get around. Once you have that, it is truly an enjoyable stay.

Excellent service, very nice apartments (we stayed at The Residences) and overall a good experience. Lot's of activities on the grounds as well!

Even though the hotel offered free shuttle to Vilamoura, it did feel slightly remote with little to no shops or supermarkets in the vincinity. However, if you're a golfer (unlike me!) you'll -love- the location.

Rooms are wide and clean. Staff is helpful. All rooms in the hotel have balcony and outside sofa.

Excellent facility backed up by superb staff.

We're a family with boys age 10 and 11. We enjoyed everyday from the morning to midnight. The swimming pool was good size, maybe the water could be warmer wasn't too cold though. We could hire a car from the reception with good rate 3 days for 120 euro, so we went many place. The weather was just gorgeous, no rain no cloud for a week. It was our first time holiday in Portugal was the best holiday and we'll return there surely 100%.

The apartments were excellant and well equipped/appointed.

There was a few small items that could be improved at small cost - the bathroom showers could be more user friendly with a small shelf for soaps etc. and a bar to hold when the floor is slippery. The main bathroom bath/shower was not practical at all. The living room sofa was somewhat uncomfortable. These are small points and overall the standard was very good.

Everything was fantastic see below for the one thing that continues to let the Residences down and you really need to do something about it we have complained before.

The Spa was as usual not up to the mark in fact sauna and steam were closed and the staff there seem not to be of the same standard as the rest of the Residences, we will still come back but really disappointed about the Spa

As regular visitors to this area, the facilities and general layout of the complex are excellent.

Having stayed in the Residents on a number of occasions it would appear that standards of presentation in some appartments seem to have dropped.

My partner and I stayed at the Residences for 4 nights. We had booked a 2 bedroom suite apartment and were pleasantly suprised when we arrived and had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was a stunning apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing views over the golf course! The staff were excellent! We would definately stay here again, it's definitely worth the money.

Asked for late check out which was, due to half empty hotel nearly promised , but at the end w havebeen told that a group has arrived and that they need the rooms.But they knew that already before that this group was coming, so disappointing for us.Better not promise people that thy can keep the room then

The staff were fantastic so helpful and caring you couldn't fault them. The whole hotel was extremelly clean ( and thats coming from someone with ocd! ) and every thing was so comfortable. Stunning beautiful hotel looking out on an amazing golf course... Even if you don't play golf its perfect.

Swimming pools way too cold. We took our 2 year old toddler and it put them off going in the water. In the middle of no where needed a car.

The room was simply very, very good.

Poor image on some tv cable channels. Breakfast area should be bigger.
