We stayed at the Residences, Appartment definitely 5 star, very safe for children and families. Appartments are fitted with an alarm and a safe (which unusually there is no charge for). There is also shutters on all the windows to keep out the heat - they are excellent. It is a very safe complex which we will most definitely visit again. There is also an in door heated pool for those cooler days.

There is no where to eat out - we went up to the hotel one night - very expensive for what we got, and within the grounds of the residences there is nothing exciting only burgers, pizzas and chips from the pool bar so you must get a taxi or the shuttle bus into town as the complex is out about 4 kms 8-10 euro per journey in and out of town, we will hire a car the next time!

A small welcome pack eg tea bags, coffee, milk would have been nice to tide us over until we could get to the supermarket. Also, a washing up cloth, washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets would have been useful. I appreciate it is a self catering (serviced) apartment but if you are only staying a few days these small items would be useful (or available to purchase for a small charge if necessary).

Well appointed and laid out apartment, excellent facilities met all our expectations, loved kitchen and dining areas all new..It was quiet when we were there real luxury feel. Great range TV covers international needs. Underground secure parking a real bonus. With the hotel on the door step you can indulge yourself in the spa. play quality golf or fine dine in a short walk or stay in your own bubble, great pool areas and gardens beautifully kept service top notch, nothing to much trouble.. We were two but good comfortably have had four.

Had to go to reception to connect to wifi.

The Residences appartments were the best we've stayed in in Europe.We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, the furnishings and equipment were excellent and spotlesly clean. All the staff were courtious and profesiona. l

The Tivoli Victoria was a typical 4*/5* Europeon Hotel, in reaction to dwindling numbers they all seem to reduce there services and increase costs. There was only one restaurant open for dinner, and whilst the food was excellent, the porton control was tiny, on top of that your charged over 100 Euros for a 2 course dinner for 2. The bar area has around 40 sofas scattered around a huge room, not one of them was comfortable to sit in. The golf course baggage people were rude , the course itself was in poor condition. I paid 70 Euros on a twilight rate. in the height of the season they want to charge 190 Euros a round. I doubt they will get many paying that price.

No wifi available in each condo; it's 2012 now, time to get on board! A hot tub in the pool area would've been very beneficial.

Rooms are wide and clean. Staff is helpful. All rooms in the hotel have balcony and outside sofa.

Very nice 4star apartment, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom each, for slightly over 500 euro is good. (stayed 3 nights) Fully equiped kitchen. On site indoor and outdoor pool. Personnel is professional and friendly. You can use the hotel sauna and pool.

You need a car to get to this place. not very easy to find. The fitness studio is limited.

The apartments were excellant and well equipped/appointed.

There was a few small items that could be improved at small cost - the bathroom showers could be more user friendly with a small shelf for soaps etc. and a bar to hold when the floor is slippery. The main bathroom bath/shower was not practical at all. The living room sofa was somewhat uncomfortable. These are small points and overall the standard was very good.

Everything was fantastic see below for the one thing that continues to let the Residences down and you really need to do something about it we have complained before.

The Spa was as usual not up to the mark in fact sauna and steam were closed and the staff there seem not to be of the same standard as the rest of the Residences, we will still come back but really disappointed about the Spa

My partner and I stayed at the Residences for 4 nights. We had booked a 2 bedroom suite apartment and were pleasantly suprised when we arrived and had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was a stunning apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing views over the golf course! The staff were excellent! We would definately stay here again, it's definitely worth the money.

Service of the staf is excellent! Rooms are very comfortable and sfeers are relax. Compliment for everything:) We will be back again! Family Tsang, Netherland
