Great Hotel. Really good quality/price. Nice helpful staff.

The only thing that bothered me was no free wifi and for a hotel this good thats not acceptable.

Staff was very possitive, hepfull, professional. Location is perfect. 1 min. From metro. 3 statons to the historical center of Lisbon. Room was perfect: big, nice and clean. Good furniture. Street a little bit noisy. No wi-fi.

Very helpful staff and a good location which is just outside the metro station (Green line - Anjos). Easy to get to from airport by bus and metro (No.22 or 745 and green line). A relatively short walk to the city centre (15mins?) and near alot of shops/supermarkets, cafes and places to eat. Comfortable and clean with all the main necessary services.

Room located on 1st floor facing the terrace which was a bit off putting and a big crack on the wall (cosmetic). Noise from unknown source (elevator?) and the lamps emit a annoying humming noise when on but not a big deal. Occasionally the waterworks from floors above can be heard. Guess this was a room provided due to lower than standard rate.

cheap and good location. Simple 3 star hotel with rooms equiped with tv and nice bathroom. nice for a cheaper city trip. 20 minutes walk to down town, however taxis are very cheap. 7 minutes by taxi to airport. 7 minutes to down town and 15 minutes to pavilhao atlantico. I booked a concert there and this hotel was the best choice.

I would not book this hotel if I would spend more time inside the hotel. This is pure for having a home away from home in a city abroad to spend time outside.

Comfortable,very clean and excellent value

Pleasant hotel near the city center. Street on which it is situated is quite noisy, so the window must be kept closed. Also, rooms are quite dark, but still are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is good.

Clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast supplied and pleasant outdoor terrace where you can take coffee.

I particularly enjoyed the central location of the hotel, taking only a 10meter walk to the subway and with taxis passing by every minute (day or night). 24H reception is great and central tourist Lisbon is only 2minutes away. Excellent value for money and great cleanness.

The reception staff (during our week long stay we came across 4 women and 3 men) is not has friendly as one would expect. If people want to be treated with something other than indifference, they should have a smile when costumers arrive and they should respond rather than nod their heads when spoken to. Other than the general manager and a young lady, all reception staff seemed to be rather busy or non-willing to smile and greet their guests.

the room were big and clean, especially the bathroom. great value for the cost
