Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet room. Very good price

The breakfast was great, rooms were clean and shower was perfect.

The furniture and tv are very outdated especially compared to the rest of the hotel. The city center is about 20 minutes away on foot but I enjoy exercising and did not find the distance to be an issue, but rather the safety of the neighborhood surrounding the hotel (especially at night)

Nice staff. Organised a room even before official check-in time. Close to metro and easy access to the city centre.

Our room (2nd floor, streetside) was very noisy. Not only is the hotel situated at one of Lisbons main traffic axes, you also hear the metro from the underground. Breakfast was nothing special, even a bit poor compared to many other 3 star hotels I have been to in different countries.

Pleasant hotel near the city center. Street on which it is situated is quite noisy, so the window must be kept closed. Also, rooms are quite dark, but still are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is good.

The room size is OK,and the towels are clean.

The stuff is not warm enough.

Very clean, very good breakfast, only 2' from metro station and about 15-20' from the center, on foot. Very good ratio quality/price.I Suggest it without doubt.

A little noisy, because its in front of an avenue. Prefere rooms on the other side or on the upper floors. Mine it was on the 4th and with closed window I had no particular issue.

I particularly enjoyed the central location of the hotel, taking only a 10meter walk to the subway and with taxis passing by every minute (day or night). 24H reception is great and central tourist Lisbon is only 2minutes away. Excellent value for money and great cleanness.

The reception staff (during our week long stay we came across 4 women and 3 men) is not has friendly as one would expect. If people want to be treated with something other than indifference, they should have a smile when costumers arrive and they should respond rather than nod their heads when spoken to. Other than the general manager and a young lady, all reception staff seemed to be rather busy or non-willing to smile and greet their guests.

A relação qualidade/preço, o pequeno almoço, a decoração dos espaços comuns.

Sinceramente não tenho nada de negativo a apontar.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, bonne situation géographique, personnel parlant plusieurs langues, disponibles, attentifs et efficaces. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux.

La doccia nella vasca con tendina.

Bien place et à proximité immédiate du metro parking gratuit juste à cote de l hotel les chambres donnant sur la terrasse sont à demander car il y a trop de bruit sur celles donnant sur la rue

La premiere nuit ns avions une chambre au premier donnant sur la rue et malgré les fenetres isolées nous n avons pas pu dormir tant il y avait du bruit Nous avs demande à changer des le lendemain

Acho que alguma alcatifa deveria ser trocada se não conseguem eliminar as manchas
