The hotel has been recently renewed. The room is big and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is perfect: 50m from the subway and a 15 minutes walk from the city center. The Internet is not free, although much cheaper than in other hotels in Lisbon. The juices in the breakfast should be improved, however, this is a minor issue. |

Generally a decent hotel if a little dated. No major disturbances so may the sound proofing is ok. The area is a bit rundown to the degree where the street itself seems forbodding. Receptions is a bit dated and bizzarely quite different to the bar lounge are behind. Odd juxtaposition. |

Hotel is close to the downtown section of town, with trolly cars and metro station easy to access. Staff is friendly and courtious your artificial orange juice, instant coffee are deplorable. Even the scrambled eggs did not taste as such. your mini sausages instead were mini hotdogs which is not what one expects at a breakfast table. |

The price, the ease of access to the location, the free underground parking, the wired internet in the room The late night staff did not know that for the reservation I made the parking was free (even though it was so stated in my reservation info); The "free" internet was only free after we complained since they wanted to charge us for its use; The breakfast could be improved; The location does not seem to be the safest one. |

Comfortable room with lots of space. Modern facilities. Vert close to metro station and to the city centre. The neighbourhood is dangerous by night. Impossible to park nearby, so if you have a car you must leave it in the hotel parking, wich will add 10€ by night to the effective cost of the room - beware of that! |

Las instalaciones, las habitaciones son espaciosas y confortables. Muy limpio todo. La cercanía a una estación del metro (eso es genial). Buen desayuno. |

Su posición, con el metro al lado, las habitaciones, cómodas y limpias el desayuno, es pobre y poco variado y el café verdaderamente no se puede tomar, es una lástima que no cambien la máquina ya que mejoraría mucho con este pequeño cambio y sobretodo porque todo el mundo lo dice. |

Personal amable, sobre todo el encargado de los desayunos que, por cierto están bastante bien, si exceptuamos la bebida. Habitación muy confortable y relación calidad-precio excelente (50€ la doble con desayuno buffet). Teníamos la habitación en la primera planta y se notaba la vibración del Metro, quizá debido a esto había varias grietas en la pared. Aún así, se descansa muy bien. |

Central, boa localização, simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionarios, bom quarto, peq. almoço bastante variado, relaçao preço/qualidade excelente. Dada a sua localização, apenas algum ruido da rua / metro, mas nada de especial. Exceptuando isso, tudo optimo. |

La posizione dell'hotel veramente centrale, bus e metro a pochi passi. La camera confortevole e non rumorosa, pur essendo lungo un viale molto trafficato. Il personale della reception molto gentile La colazione non è all'allaltezza dell'hotel. Sopratutto le bevande sia succhi, che latte e caffè sono di pessima qualità. |
