The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very big and the bathrooms clean, big and with a great bathtub. The hotel has a garage so you can go directly to your room from the car or vice-versa. The pool in winter must be great, and the breakfast was very good. Recommended, good price-quality relationship. Everything was fine. |

It is a very confortable hotel, in the city centre in an strategical location for the mountain. We had a very nice gift, with fruits, mineral water and cotton robes, to spend a romantic weekend. There is a heated swimming pool, it is very nice, but swimming caps are oblitagory. Be aware, because they sell it at 3 euros. Also, local recipes and delicacies at breakfast would be welcome. |

I liked the location, the aria, the hotel in general and the staff I didn´t like the fact that some facilities where out of order! The sauna didn´t function (And I´m a fan of sauna...) The ventilationsystem of the hotel, wich also regulate the temperature, wasn´t ajustable in the room itself. The remote was disabeled by the staff. So if you wanted the ventilation turned on or off, or you wanted the room teperature up or down you needed to call the reception! |

Gostei em especial do conforto e das acessibilidades do Hotel. Excelente sala de pequeno almoço pois foi a unica refeição que realizei no hotel e pessoal muito simpatico. O bar do hotel , poderia ter um pouco mais de aspecto de bar. Na minha opinião o facto de ter um balcão de bebidas e uma mesa de snooker , não é o suficiente para o destinguir da restante sala de convivio . |

Tendo em conta que a estadia no hotel foi bastante curta (1 noite), e que apenas utilizámos o hotel para descansar, posso apenas falar da comodidade dos quartos que gostei bastante, bem como o atendimento no bar que também foi muito satisfatório. |

A acomodação no hotel foi muito rápida. E durante o pequeno almoço não notamos pressa dos funcionários no recolhimento dos ingredientes, apesar de bem próximo do horário previsto para fechamento do buffet. |
