conveniente location, excellent hotel and staff. Buffet breakfast very good new office building being built in front of hotel could be a problem for views up to the 7th floor when completed. |

good location checked in, in an uncleaned room.checked in non-smoking instead of smoking which was clearly stated, sheets were not clean, very rude housekeeper, but front office apologized, no bell captains available for luggage, would rate as a 3* and not 4* |

Proximity to the Oriente train station and to the Vasco de Gama shopping mall is excellent. Views are amazing. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Wish breakfast could start a tad earlier than 7am for guests having to catch an early flight! |

The rooms were modern and it was in a great location for my meeting the next day. On arrival I was told that there were no more 'non smoking' rooms. The room I was given smelt terrible and it was incredibly hot especially as the air conditioning did not work! Hotel could not move me but did come and open my window. With the train station behind the hotel and somebody working a pneumatic drill at 2am - I did not get much sleep! Room service was late and not that good! |

Convienent to the airport and the newer section of Lisbon. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful. Mattresses were cheap and not very comfortable. |

clean, staff were okay. the room was very cold breakfast for very early in am ok because did not want to eat a whole lot at 530am however, for later - for the price of room, hopefully there was more and varied food as there were in other places for a much lower price |

convenient location. ventilation system very poor. the room was very hot and we had to be moved. the second room was only marginally better but it was too late to change hotels. in a case like this, hilton hotels gives the room free of charge. |
