Score from 1455 reviews Very good
That it was close to the airport-10 minute ride the next morning!
I've stayed here quite a few times and never experienced a bad stay.
Room service - fast & good food - reasonable price Room size
Stink from tile glue throughout hotel - dangerous. No access to parking due to builders Bed had " sag " to the middle Had to open window due to glue smell - thus fully exposed to the noise from the railway!
The room has very good view. Very clean and spacious.
Only stayed there 2 nights
A nice cozy and comfortable clean room
Closeness to Oriente station. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Large bedroom. Heating. Good breakfast
no tea or coffee facilities in the room
The location is good.
- The beds are uncomfortable and although the hotel is fairly new there are already signs of poor workmanship. - The information passed from Booking.com regarding an extra bed for our daughter was not passed over or ignored and when this was mentioned to the staff they just said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I would have expected more from trained staff. - The breakfast was good but the constant surveillance by staff swooping arund the tables was disturbing.
Staff, Hotel and Location
facilities is scanty. Not even a boiler in room to make tea
Breakfast impressed me since I didn't expect that much..
The lightning in the entire building, elevator, reception, foyer & corridors. Complementary water is not being refilled every day.
Location to station
Cockroaches in fridge and cold coffee at breakfast
Good welcome, clear directions. Spacious rooms
Bar quiet, few attendants onhand .
breakfast, wifi, view, confort, room service, close with metro
Perfectly located for business purposes - I was working at FIL. A bit out of the way for sightseeing visits to Lisbon. Staff excellent, room excellent.
No stuff for making a tea or coffee inside the room.
hotel situated in great location - short walk to metro and train station, easy to catch the hop on and hop off bus, shopping mall just across the road, hotel staffs very friendly and caring to customers.
Proximity to airport Convenient for Atlantic Pavilion Excellent breakfast choice
Coffee/tea making facilities would be a good addition
Fantastic location, great wifi connection. One member of reception staff was very helpful.
On arrival there was a chocolate wrapper on bedside table and used toiletries in bathroom. This was said to reception and they took note of it. We were woken at 3am one night and the next day by very loud phone rings, when said to reception they said must have been another guest with no apology for the inconvience. There were always queues at reception.
The hotel's location is great - just a short walk to the former site of the World Expo, aquarium, skyride over the Tagus River, restaurants and shops.
Would have liked more restaurant choices in the area to walk to.
Attentive staff; ample room; excellent facilities; great location (in the heart of the Parque das Nações neighborhood, across from Vasco da Gama Mall, near the Teleférico de Lisboa and the Oceanário, next to the train/bus/metro Gare do Oriente station, and close to the airport); excellent value for money!
If your desire is to visit the Lisbon downtown and the most touristy neighborhoods (such as Belém, Alfama, Bairro Alto), there is a metro station next to the hotel as well, but the journey is quite long: there are 11 stations until the Rossio, with one line transfer (almost a 30-minute journey). As our stay was only for 1 day and we already know Lisbon well, this was not a big deal for us.
The location is perfect..
Staff woke me up on a Sunday afternoon and I had a sign on the door do not disturb. They tried to charge my credit card but for some reason it didn't work so they went up to my room and opened my door without a warning and I was only checking out on the next day. Guess they thought that I was gonna go without paying my stay. Didn't like that part at all
Location, breakfast, friendly staff
The room had a bad smoke smell
Location close to Oriente Metro station, Vasco de Gama shopping centre, restaurants, bunker beds for kids, excellent breakfast, good value for money, good free wifi, friendly staff. No problems at all.
No one informed us that the free shuttle service to the airport needs to be prebooked the day before.
Big room, great facilities and excellent location.
Poor restaurant and WiFi.
