de klantvriendelijkheid, vlotte bediening, het comfort, discretie en alles wat men in een luxueus verblijf wenst. Tevens ook dat dit een van de weinige hotels die nog wel kamers voor verstokte rokers voorzien heeft. tevens ook een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier Tejo |

Zeer mooie, propere kamer. Geen nachtlawaai. Goed voor Business mensen. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer / luchthaven Steeds per vervoer te verplaatsen om het centrum van Lissabon te bereiken |

zeer goed viersterren hotel, bijna direct (250meter) naast een grote shopping mall + station op 250 meter en groot expo terrrein met allerlei soorten van vermaak (oceanium, stoeltjelift met uitzicht over de baai, museums, tientallen restaurantjes etc. en het vliegveld op een kleine tien minuten rijden (bij geen file), het ontbijtrestaurant is perfect de kamers aan de stads kant liggen direct naast een groot station dus geven veel lawaai overlast de baai kant is dus beter.of een kamer op de hogere etages is aan te raden |

ik kom er reeds jaren - dus als ik in lissabon moet zijn ben ik hier prima groep - ik wil graag boeken van 12 februari 2009 tot 17 ebruari in tryp hotel te frankfurt opelring (bij beurs) 2 persoons kamer - maar kan geen goede prijs krijgen- heb ook een mas card - kunt u hier iets voor mij doen? graag bericht - bedankt bernd weijel |

It was very convenient to the Oriente train station and the airport. It was also across the street from a very interesting shopping, retaurant and park area. Our room faced the train station so we heard trains going by all night. The shape of the room was awkward and a bit cluttered. |

For us the location was the real advantage. It was very close to both the airport and the train station. The close proximity to shopping, and the Expo site with lots of restaurants and activities was a bonus. No complaints. It was great. |

Staff were very courteous and very helpful; for example inhelping us print our boarding passes. Hotel has free taxi transfer to airport that was a pleasant surprise. |

Great location if you need to travel. 1 minute walk to the Oriente station, 5-10 minutes taxi trip to the airport. Despite the location, the rooms are quiet. |

The bed was amazing, very relaxing sleep. The location is also excellent, we travelled by train and the hotel is 2 minutes away from "Oriente" Train Station. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and they provided a cot on request. The hotel has 15 floors, and although we stayed on the 5th (room with ocean view) the view is kinda covered by all the buildings. The corridors had a very dimmed light, a bit dark for my taste. And overall the bedroom needed a bit of a luxury feel to it. Room service closed at midnight so my husband had to go to the reception to get me a tea (as I was feeling a bit unwell)...The breakfast room was small, but overall a decent breakfast was offered. |

The hotlel is situated next to the metro/railway/bus stations, big shopping center, oceanarium, coast-side. Breakfast is excellent. People speak English. Room and bathroom are large. Instead of panoramic view that I have booked, they proposed a room with city and railway view. |

Very good location in a busy area of Lisbon, transports, shopping, restaurants, bars or just for having a nice and restful walk along the river. The view on the river side was amazing. Clean room and bed was very comfortable. Wifi-connection for 24h was not expensive (although this service really should be free these days...) but at times very slow and signal was so poor that I got disconnected all too often... |

The location to Bingo & Mall & the Airport I didn't like that fact that they just gave us a double room with two twin beds pushed together and didn't try to resolve it at all. Very bad customer service in this respect. We would have liked more of an effort to have been made on this issue. |

The Staff is always available and very kind. The breakfast is Excellent . The localization of the Hotel is Superb, inside the modern side of Lisbon and very close to the subway ( which is excelent and drive you to the whole city) |

Went to Lisbon to see concert at Atlantic Pavilion so the hotel is very convenient for that venue plus Orient train station and shopping. |

(PT) O hotel está bem localizado. O quarto e a casa de banho são espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. (EN) The location of the hotel is very good. The room and the bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable. I would like to sugest to put a kettle to boil water on the room and some tea bags as well. I believe that most ladies would apreciate a different light on the bathroom mirror. It isn't possibe to connect anything to electricity on the bathroom, except the shaver. Please check if the towels have no stains/hair before leaving them on the bathroom for the guests to use, I asked a food for my breakfast, that I needed because of doctors orders, but the hotel said it wasn't possible, so I reccomend that anyone with food intolerances contact the hotel before making a reservation. |

Some of the staff looked without much experience, as precious time was lost when requesting a taxi, which was quite urgent given a close departure time. |
