Tryp Oriente

It was very convenient to the Oriente train station and the airport. It was also across the street from a very interesting shopping, retaurant and park area.

Our room faced the train station so we heard trains going by all night. The shape of the room was awkward and a bit cluttered.

Staff were very courteous and very helpful; for example inhelping us print our boarding passes. Hotel has free taxi transfer to airport that was a pleasant surprise.

The bed was amazing, very relaxing sleep. The location is also excellent, we travelled by train and the hotel is 2 minutes away from "Oriente" Train Station. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and they provided a cot on request. The hotel has 15 floors, and although we stayed on the 5th (room with ocean view) the view is kinda covered by all the buildings.

The corridors had a very dimmed light, a bit dark for my taste. And overall the bedroom needed a bit of a luxury feel to it. Room service closed at midnight so my husband had to go to the reception to get me a tea (as I was feeling a bit unwell)...The breakfast room was small, but overall a decent breakfast was offered.

Good location for new part of city.

Rooms smelled of bleach, but were not that clean (Bath was filthy)

Very good location in a busy area of Lisbon, transports, shopping, restaurants, bars or just for having a nice and restful walk along the river. The view on the river side was amazing. Clean room and bed was very comfortable.

Wifi-connection for 24h was not expensive (although this service really should be free these days...) but at times very slow and signal was so poor that I got disconnected all too often...

The Staff is always available and very kind. The breakfast is Excellent . The localization of the Hotel is Superb, inside the modern side of Lisbon and very close to the subway ( which is excelent and drive you to the whole city)

Went to Lisbon to see concert at Atlantic Pavilion so the hotel is very convenient for that venue plus Orient train station and shopping.

Hotel was ok I only stayed for one night.Very good for business.

No Gym

Some of the staff looked without much experience, as precious time was lost when requesting a taxi, which was quite urgent given a close departure time.

Hotel staff is very kind. The location is convenient and the surrounding is well organized, modern and with many shopping centres and restaurants. The internet cost is fair and the connection is fast. Very good the breakfast with a lot of choice.

It's not absolutely necessary, nevertheless a swimming pool would be nice.

Site and local ammenities convenience. Transportations, Public Space, Restaurants, Shops and River Side at walking distance.

The room was really nice with a big TV and comfortable bed. It was very quiet even though the hotel is next to the rail way station. The breakfast was nice but as for 4* hotel I would expect something more. The location is great - preatty close to the airport, next to the train station and very close to some of the Lisbon's attractions.

As I used to work in a hotel I know what's to have an eye on. The room could be cleand more carefully - the panel above the bed and night tables were covered with dust and there was an empty shampoo bottle below the sink in bathroom. You just can't let yourself for that kind of "stupid" mistakes in a 4* hotel!
